      Hello,

      my E1 Outdoor looses several times its Guard Point after tracking a person or pet. So i have to adjust the GP afterwards.
      Firmware is 3.1.0.804_22012406

      What can i do to fix this?

              @reolink-fiona why does the customer have to deal with a no contact by phone to call tech support? Tech Support should put the procedure here on the site. How hard is that to do?

                  @raziackzing_301438517170383 Get in contact with sipport and tell them to provide the most recent firmware v.3.1.0.956_22041506. It should work without any issue. There will contact you within a day or two. I got the E1 outdoor for two months now and so far the only issue I encountered was two instances where there was nobody in the view and camera detected a person. Will send video to support in clear mode to check it out. I can solve it by adding a 1 second delay or define the object size.

                      @marcus Apparently there is nothing you can do about this. I contacted support and they said they can't fix it ?! For me that s like a def. no-no. I will send the camera back to Amazon as it's not even 2 months old. I have 6 reolink camera's and maybe this is a sign to send em all back ? Switch brands ? Pity, reolink looked promising....

                            same problem with my e1, still running v3.0.0.400_210625. How can I upgrade it to the latest firmware ?
