@useless-box-reo_491212164313322 So none of the existing/prior models. Only the newest hardware?
-
@useless-box-reo_491212164313322 We will give the specific models of the NVR when the doorbell is released. Now the doorbell is still testing.

I've been waiting for a Reolink with more than 5X Zoom, the 823 currently available is only 5X, is there really going to be a 16X 823 model or was it scaled back to 5x and released as the 823a?
Im a little confused if the model number isn't changing.
Also can anyone tell me what the resolution (MP) on the new TrackMix will be?
Tell me it's going to be a dual 12mp with 16X zoom and you can just take my money now!
Thanks! -
@ra44 The RLC-823A 16X is a camera with 16X optical zoom. It is the upgraded version of the RLC-823A.
The TrackMix is an 8MP Dual lens camera. -
@reolink-fiona Will the dates be the same for Europe?
Thanks for answering. -
@reolink-fiona Can you please let us know what the Horizontal and Vertical AOV of the 16x is when fully zoomed all the way out and all the way in. Also would like to know the Horizontal and Vertical AOV of both of the lens on the TrackMix.
-
@douglas9_317155098222843 The Horizontal FOV of the RLC-823A 16X is 54.2°~3.6°.
For TrackMix, the FOV is as follows.
Horizontal: 104°-38°
Vertical: 60°-21° -

@reolink-fiona Excuse me, will they be released much later in europe Than in United States? I'm asking since I'm from Europe, and want to buy the RLC-823A 16x as soon as possible. Thanks.
By the way, I bought the RLC-823A from Amazon Germany, and I'd prefer to buy RLC-823A 16x also from Amazon Germany. -
@blue_436972999766237 Hi there, the stock hasn't been prepared now. It will also be on sale on Amazon Germany.
-
@john_331308778770565 I am guessing it will be a barrel connector or even just the thin bell wire
-
I have been following the release of the doorbell closely. Will reolink be selling or supplying a tilt bracket for the doorbell? Only place I can install my door bell is in a corner at the front door and obviously don't need to be recording the wall 24/7 on my NVR.
-
@warnzie_464572544110774 The package will include a 15° bracket. We will also sell the bracket as a standalone accessory.
-
@reolink-fiona awesome! Now when is this releasing in Australia?
-
@warnzie_464572544110774 There is no estimated date now. I will update if there is any news.

Hi @Reolink-Fiona It would be nice if, by 2023, the 12mpx PTZ and the 12mpx range that can support 25fps were launched. I have the 1210A and I am quite happy, but the problem is the opening angle (67º-41º), which is smaller than the 1212A and 1224A. Image quality is great.
I would also make some improvements to the E1 range, especially the E1 zoom and E1 outdoor (firmware upgrades of course), but it could be 5x and 8mpx.
Thanks. -
I run an RLK16-820D-A system, which has RLC-820A cameras. These are great cameras with 4K res, dome shape, person/vehicle detection and infrared, but the missing features are two-way audio, a security spotlight and a siren.
I'm aware of the RLC-824A, which has 4K res, two-way audio and spotlights, but my understanding is that these cameras with colour night vision rely on the spotlights being constantly on; the webpage listing for these cams even states "for ideal night vision, please keep the spotlights on as supplemmentary lighting". However, I certainly don't want my front door, back door and outdoor living areas having constant LEDs shining over them as soon as it gets dark.
So my request is a PoE camera with the following features:
-dome
-4K (or greater)
-infrared for regular night vision recording
-motion activated spotlights for intrusion deterrent (and potentially for colour night vision recording?) during a person detection event that occurs during a scheduled period (i.e if someone approaches one of my doors between 10pm - 7am)
-two-way audio through the phone app
-a siren that can be configured to be automatically activated upon person detection, or manually activated by the app.
The presence of an outdoor siren is actually something that my home insurance provider recently queried me on during my policy renewal, and despite having Reolink's RLK16-820D-A system, insurance providers don't regard my house having a security system as it doesn't have an outdoor siren as a deterrent. -
@alvaro2 Thank you for your suggestion! Besides, we will have upgraded versions of the E1 series. They will support person/pet detection. E1 Zoom and E1 Pro will support auto-tracking. All your suggestions will be forwarded to the product team.
-
@jp_303544246644872 That will be a good idea for the camera improvement. I will transfer your request to the product team to seek possibilities.

@reolink-fiona What will the pricing be like for the RLC-823A 16X?
