@big_ted so can the POE version of the doorbell be powered off a 16V AC transformer (like a chime transformer of a regular doorbell), and just have a regular data ethernet cable plugged in, instead of using POE?

@avperede_213931771191537 From the specs of the POE doorbell, you can see that it can be powered either using POE or 12-24VAC 50/60Hz, 24VDC. For data you can use the ethernet cable.

@user_746623229407444_746623229407444 so true and the mobile app lol they keep f-ing it up. like did you see my latest post talking about their Jan 10 update they say they added features such as adding different sound option for doorbell, also calling from doorbell. yet nothing was added.
