* check and adjust the screw, tighten the fan to avoid them stuck or "touched" by the NVR case.* remove the cover case of the NVR can reduce much the noise.* if possible, you may also put the NVR elsewhere.

I will forward this request to our R&D team. They will discuss those requests from users in routine meetings. Your request could probably be adopted and implemented in future products/software updates.
When you set a preset point, the camera will record its position and zoom, not the focus. So when you call a preset, the camera turns to that position, then adjust zoom, and then auto focus.Thanks!
@papini.l Right. And 5V 2A or 1A (Android or iPhone power adapters) are being used.@ray0006The battery back cover is part of the Argus 2 camera, which means the 18650 battery you get from other channels won't fit into the camera.
The Reolink cameras (4MP and 5MP) will automatically drop the FPS to 12-15 fps during the night time. To set the images brighter, you may change the shutter range setting between 82-83. It's under Advanced settings>>Exposure>>Anti-smearing.
