When the cameras are hooked up to the NVR (directly), there is no need to set passwords separately for those cams.
Mac OS X clients will be available in months. @Sophie D, Reolink Client software works with all Reolink products (Battery powered cameras to be supported soon).

Besides what @Quella suggested, you are also able to do it in an alternate way-1. Login to the cams on Reolink App/Client to check their MAC addresses.2. Login to the router, navigate to the MAC address/IP address binding section, and you are able to set a fixed IP for each cam. No conflict ever since.Hope it helps
