@denverbenve73 Some of us (we do volunteer work :)) are experienced engineers working in the fields of Telecoms, networking, software, design and commissioning large networks worth millions of Euros.

You have two options:

1. Use VPN. Install a VPN server (which shall act as a relay) on your PC at home and use VPN client on your devices to access it remotely. When connected you will be part of the home network and you can access all cameras and NVR.

3. Use DDNS. This is Dynamic DNS which solves the problem of changing residential IP addresses by associating your address with a consistent domain name without the need to buy a pricey static IP. If you want to access your Reolink cameras and NVRs remotely through the domain name, you need to use DDNS. Ensure you enable http or https on the NVR. You can use the DDNS on each camera if you wish (except battery I guess). Get the DDNS accounts from https: //www . noip . com/ for free.

@lemue_73398283825307 Good choice. Higher vertical FOV compared to the DUO 3. I have two DUO 2 and they are fully exposed to rain and sun and never had any issue.

@chris_385343865196783 Once both NVRs are added, you will see all the cameras listed in the client's device list. Select the view screen (say 9 boxes) which shall accommodate all your cameras and then you can drag and drop the cameras you want to view onto the live view screen.

@kimchigun Most of the NVRs have had an update. Unfortunately we didn't see any updates for the RLN36 for quite sometime but version  v3.6.0.415_25062842 shall be available shortly.

The more products you will launch the more resources you will need to maintain them.

@user_596316400607322_596316400607322 I think it is a wifi reachable issue. Can you move the camera closer to router and try again? Try both WiFi and 4G.

@reolink-alyson There are other icons when the user sees the cameras on the application. Would you be able to provide a description of each? Thanks.

@kimchigun IPC_NT15NA416MP (Hw version 1) is the newest Duo 3 POE. Maybe you have the first generation DUO 3 POE IPC_NT13NA416MP (Hw version 1). The last fw released was for the NT15.

@408313508024554 Ensure that there is no trailing slash at the end of the path name. The information provided barely leads me to the issue. Would you be able to capture a wireshark trace and set protocol to ftp and attach a screenshot?

So after you configured ftp and saved setting, what was the outcome when you click on test? In the host, I assume you are entering the IP of the FTP server.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Hello friend. I am super fine and hope you are on the same wavelength. I had the E1 Zoom 4K and initially it used to deviate from its guard position similar to the E1 OD. This was fixed by a fw upgrade which added frequent camera calibrations. I have been telling them to improve the software which is lagging compared to their competitors. I just upgraded the Windows Client and had to revert back to the previous version.
