@radioastronomy_410111540293820 Not all customers have NVR and subsequently it should be implemented on both cameras and NVRs.
@user_588106575564907_588106575564907 Sure. Sometimes the download center is not updated.I suggest you that every 2 or 3 months email support for any fw upgrade of your models. This is what I do.
@user_588106575564907_588106575564907 A member stated that he was given a new fw. I emailed support and waiting for a reply.
@swrobel Yes, this is the heartbeat packet sent by the camera to the P2P server (from the received packet the P2P server gets the private IP of the camera and the public IP/port assigned to the camera (NAT) on your BB router). In your case the P2P service is provided by Azure (MS).This is required by Reolink client to establish communication with the camera from an external network. You can deny it by a fw rule on your router.
@ken-nicki_689090325979334 Agree like all commercial floodlights.
@hirlea-ciprian_530561076023536 are you sure you hot 404 in ftp? 404 indicates Not Found as in http and SIP.
@carolina-blue_619614170574906 You need to enable recording and format the SD before using it.
@user_630673173327926_630673173327926 A number of customers including myself have requested these features to Reolink support. We also asked for event history and from the event history it jumps to the appropriate clip.@shayla Can you please update us on these requests?
@clintlinderman_702517662765427 They can be powered through their 12V dc adapter or POE IEEE 802.3at, 48V Active. What is your current feed for your existing floodlights? See specs at https://reolink.com/product/reolink-floodlight/?gclid=CjwKCAjwjOunBhB4EiwA94JWsNTKpIOk7Yl8lcldV7fgVOpDNI6J95H6aVlBZvynHfkivZ2AMrF5-RoCtRkQAvD_BwE#specifications
@mirek_535374729212152 I don't have this NVR in my setup. I suggest you to take it up with Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/requests/I guess you connected the POE cameras directly to the POE port of the NVR. In case of the WIFI camera, can you ping it to see if there is any loss of communication? Since previously you were working and the only change is the fw then it is definitely a fw issue.
@frederic-fusillier_236807380766857 The alarm sensitivity set to 90 is good but having the sensitivity to 90 for the AI is high. I set it to 65 on my two WIFI DUO 2 battery cams. Note that these cameras use the PIR sensors which measures the infrared light radiating from the objects in its field of view. In the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000583003-What-is-PIR-Detection-Distance/ you can see the detection range for the digital PIR installed on the DUO 2. So if you set it at 90 then the maximum distance is around 10m. Note also that only the PIR is consuming current and the application is in cold state. So once the PIR detects a motion then it triggers the application to start executing and start the analysis of the object. This is why you don't get pre-recording video before the detetion unlike the dc powered cams which are constantly capturing. With PIR cameras, one of the most important aspect is the orientation vis-a-vis the dectetion object. At a basic level, PIR sensors operate using positive differential change. A number of IR-sensitive slots sit in front of the lens, with their field of vision determining the range of detection. While idle, the ambient level of infrared detected in the room (naturally emitted by all objects) is the same on adjacent slots. The minute an object, person or animal moves through the detecting area, it is sensed by one of the slots before the other, causing a positive differential as it passes by, and a negative differential change as it leaves the area. However, if you approach the sensor within the same slot then there is no positive differential change and so it won't trigger the PIR. So ensure that you point it across the expected object movement.Sorry for writing in English........I forgot my French which I learnt at school. But you can use Google translate and voila'.
@user_588106575564907_588106575564907 I think there is a fw upgrade to correct this. Please submit your request to Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@defendtek-us_611823326031955 For sure this is the case for the 16x but don't know for the 823A. Maybe they have upgraded its firmware. I suggest you to email Reolink support.
@jaygo_370576055292153 Fw installed on my WIFI TrackMix has been compiled in Feb 23. Cannot understand why the download center is never up to date with stable firmware. Last week I had a confirmation from support that all my models except Argus 3 Pro had the most updated fw. Nevertheless thanks for the info.
@acanicio_729093081293029 Note that E1 OD camera can track but can't do patrolling. Patrol functionality is implemented on RLC-423, RLC-423W, RLC-523WA, RLC-823A, and RLC-823A 16X.RLC-823A-16X allows patrolling and auto-tracking to work together.
@frederic-fusillier_236807380766857 Is this a battery operated DUO 2 or dc powered? Can you paste the Alarm settings (sensitivity and smart detection)?
@user_734399070949563_734399070949563 Normally even when the APN is wrongly set, the SIM will perform an IMSI Attach with the MME/HSS(LTE). So this means that the camera is either not recognising the SIM or it is broadcasting different frequencies bands which are not within Telia assigned range. Ensure you purchased the cam for the European market.LTE --> 4G/4G+WCDMA - 3G (HSPA,HSPA+)
@user_734401640206535_734401640206535 Bro, I have been thinking of this for a long time. To load a picture of the object and once this object matches the one being analysed by the camera, a specific high priority message is forwarded to the user. I think we are asking too much at this point in time and hope one day it shall be implemented. Today on Reolink cameras we don't have facial detection and recognition and neither number plate recognition. However, this may be implemented by forwarding the stream to an AI cloud service which can offer such a service as per your article.
@kennedy947_384837677101198 Please install the DirectX redist (2010) and check again. This client requires old DirectX9 libraries.
