@cgrey8308_388961223586043 As per your description I presume that you have an NVR. In order to have the cameras connected to another site ensure that the cameras have UIDs. If not then you are unable to access them from any remote locations.
@kmasonnz_686156735374006 A number of customers have requested a second chime but haven't got any feedback if they got it or not. I also read that a customer was able to connect a generic 433Mhz chime successfully with the Reolink doorbell. @Lorenz Can you please check whether additional chimes are available in your stores?
@lollygag098_197170271973596 So on the right window you see that the cameras are connected by in the live view you do not see anything. Perhaps audio only. If this is the case them email support and they will provide you with a tool to update your DirectX.
@doug_356568532140246 Try to email support and forward your request.
@steve-guides_288036139114653 Under record untag any motion. Moreover ensure you tag the override recording so that the files will be overwritten once the SD is full.
@user_699661102559440_699661102559440 Just do a search on the internet and include openssl. All you need is just three commands. Then go to HTTPS setting on the camera menu and import the pem and key files generated.
@user_717581899391160_717581899391160 All you need is to use openssl command. First generate the csr and key files and then use these to generate the pem file. So easy.
@user_717701917094131_717701917094131 Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012226514-All-available-ways-to-record-videos-for-IP-cameras/Yes you can. Ensure that your camera can be bound to the cloud. It's available in the above URL.
@user_717115357221040_717115357221040 There is no patrolling on Trackmix. Check this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008746833-How-to-Set-up-Patrol-via-Reolink-App/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIy73v2qCggAMViIVoCR3JrwvOEAAYASAAEgIZ2vD_BwE
@keith-longstaff_428496362438878 First try to reboot it and if there is no recording then restore it. By restoring all parameters are set to their default value except the WIFI settings. Also check that the microSD is good.
@mrstsims_681782004461724 Calling your smartphone is not yet available on Reolink doorbell. Only push/email notifications are available.@Lorenz Kindly let us know when this feature shall be available to the doorbell.
@user_717701917094131_717701917094131 We did request this to Reolink with possible actions and distinct ringing as provided by competitors. They have it for a keen and wifi doorbell but you need to purchase a plan. It needs some computation and filtering at the cloud. Kindly send your request too to Reolink support.
@amg-a35_715936180670707Yes there you can load the cert and key files. By default Reolink cams come with a self signed certificate and this shall suffice for most applications.
@dss56_717468536336536 Go to Reolink Download Center and dowoad the appropriate client for your PC OS (Win or Mac).
@dss56_717468536336536 Use the UID.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Kindly email Reolink support and request the Clear mode stream setting/retrieval when pc and camera are distinct networks. I did this request several months ago.
@wintellab2_685310783463432 According to your description you are logging from a network other than that of the cameras. In this case the view is always defaults to Fluent irrespective to what you have set it before. You can set it to CLEAR if and only if your PC and the camera are on the same network.
@user_710049033429221_710049033429221 As a customer I was one of the first to have asked for a SIP call as the push message notifications being implemented are easy to ignore. Even though by the time you press the message notification to open the application and go to talk...by that time some visitors might have already disappeared. Hope this is implemented ASAP. But I am confident that they will add it.@Lorenz Any indication of when this shall be available?
@dss56_717468536336536 Get the UID from the Info menu and on the Android Reolink appl add the camera using the UID. You are prompted to enter the credentials.
@user_636369519505420_636369519505420 Reolonk is working on it. Hopefully we shall see it implemented soon.
