@reolink-lorenz Therefore please take it up with development team to remove 'others' from the detection zone. Painting all is like removing it from recording altogether. Thanks.
@dpbasti_318148249424117 It all depends on the dev team acquired knowledge and skills. If one wants to write commercial applications, but don’t like to pay for developers licenses, go for wxWidgets. If one knows MFC, go for wxWidgets. If one knows WPF/XAML then QML should not be too hard.If one wants a mature and easy framework that is quite well documented and has a great cross platform IDE (QtCreator), go for Qt.The fact that it uses a metaobject compiler adds a bit of complexity to the build process and is just kind of ugly on an aesthetic level. People who write C++ like me loves C++ (I started programming in C++ since 1995 and never opted for another one). They don't want to write to some third-party extension to C++; that is, think of the vitriol we see when Microsoft designs frameworks like this.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 Directx9 is missing on your machine. You may email Reolink support to provide you a tool to install DirectX9 or you install it by yourself.
@user_718073833693360_718073833693360 You are right, paint and erase don't appear in the Others Zone. I have Argus 3 and I mostly use the AI and don't use any motion to avoid false alerts. I suggest you to email Reolink support on this.
@ldiciolla_711600280387832 This has been done purposely so that guest won't be able to switch it on and listen to you. I would certainly leave it to the administrator whether the mic shall be available or not to the guests. Kindly forward your request to Reolink support.
@reolink-lorenz Thanks a lot. We are always tuned to your frequency :).
@reolink-lorenz The sound to be selected is included as a parameter in the push message notification and subsequently the appl can provide the appropriate tone. In my opinion a SIP call is of outmost important and so I kindly ask you to push your development team to implement SIP call. Duration of notification is 1 to 2 sec while a call can last till unanswered (60s) on most mobile networks.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 Whatever you purchase make sure you fully read the specification and check reviews at independent sites.
@user_718562609025233_718562609025233 No. I don't have any NVR. I just record on the micro SD.
@lollygag098_197170271973596 Nice to hear that. Do me a thumb up so I get a point to redeem for beer...joking. Enjoy.
@fabio-perri Good point. Kindly make this request to Reolink support.
@zentao29_497016336400517 If you have connected the doorbell directly to the NVR poe port than you can only view the camera through the NVR. If you want to add it to the Android application for example then you need to connect the doorbell to a POE switch and the poe switch connected to the router.
@doug_356568532140246 Through scene mode you can enable/disable recording on all canwraa by a click. However, scheduling and status haven't yet been implemented.
@user_716306939105533_716306939105533 Enabling and disabling recording on all cams can be achieved through scene modes. But this lacks scheduling and status. Recently Reolink in a survey asked customers what they want to enhance in the scene mode. You can still give your input. Search it in this community.
@doug_356568532140246 Apart 5 min there are other intervals such as 30 min and 1 hour. Nevertheless I agree that there should be specific daily settings other than regular intervals. I will ask senior support. Kindly send your request too to Reolink support. The more requests they got for the same feature the higher will be the probability to implement.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am a customer like you and trying to help. When you access your cameras from an external network then your PC and the cameras are connected to the P2P Relay servers provided by AWS/Azure. So the media flows from camera to the P2P Relay servers and from the P2P Relay servers to your PC. This obviously entails for bandwidth and I guess to avoid any congestion the developers opt to put it always to the default value 'FLUENT'. Note that bandwidth usage on the AWS/Azure servers come at a cost. Nothing is free in this world.

@reolink-lorenz Can you please update the members with any updated Roadmap of your products? Thanks.
@tomo5432_677809804653234 Definitely the camera is detecting motion. Try to reduce the sensitivity and see if you get the same files. Setting the size of the file or changing the transport mode/port of FTP won't help.
@rob-bacon_109652065468548 It seems that H.265 is not supported on the current Webui. I never came across as I normally use their clients.
