@mamymam2013_465350299701478 So yours is Android?
@user_694948938956947_694948938956947 Try to email support and see if they can order you one. When I got out my WIFI DUO 2 from the box and considering its weight and bulkiness I was expecting an aluminum support. In fact when it is windy (force 7) I see that the camera shakes a bit. Even the nut of its solar panel.......it shouldn't be plastic. It broke and I replaced it with a stainless one.
@user_694948938956947_694948938956947 What is the stream resolution on the one shown on 8.10.4? On the live view window do a right click and set it to clear.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am away from my cameras and cannot check. Can you try to change it by clicking on Notification Category under Reolink client...go to sound and select another sound and trigger the camera?
@tomselbyuk_331910860959874 Just drag the camera out of the Live view window and drag its device name back to Live view.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Oh....This should be under Notification Category....and the sound is application provided. Yes I recall that the user was able to change it through the application main menu.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021343034-How-to-Enable-Push-Sound-on-Android-Phones/
@jp_303544246644872 I fully agree and I did a similar request in the past. I will inform them again. It would be appreciated if you make a feature request at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@user_694815223382207_694815223382207 That appears only once and shall vanish in subsequent clips view of the same camera. But you have a point, once you have disabled 'Data usage warning' it should not appear anywhere in the application including playback. So please do a feature request at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ I will email them too.

@rob_631717169750022 So you have to wait until deployed to your region. So far client seems quite stable.
@perkins-tony_647500713214819 Reolink removed the export of diagnostic file. Since you are unable to connect and don't receive any notification you consider that the doorbell stopped functioning. Can you insert a microSD and enable recording on person and visitor? When you think that it stopped working then go near camera so it will record you. Take note of the time. When it reconnects check whether you have been recorded. If yes then there is an issue on the transport (WIFI).I also suggest you to change to 2.4G for the test as this has more range (longer wavelength). Be careful not to forward any wireshark traces .
@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 Thanks to share the feedback. Indeed it is.
@gary-d_344027431432324 I hope that they will provide both 32 and 64 bit client and let their client upgrade routine download the appropriate client.
@kontra-laszlo_429237821739215 Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
@agronom_694283412033722 What errors are you getting?
@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
@ed_682671253913811 Maybe small bits of self-adhesive "Draught Excluder" around the mic hole.
@lilycollins9x_648360100860886 Any camera with RTSP can do. Have a look at https://reolink.com/blog/stream-ip-camera-to-youtube/
@dave_428837158768874 On the old PC it shouldn't have installed as for sure it is a 32 bit OS and 8.10.3 is a 64 bit application. And if installed it should crash. But for the new one it is 64bit and so there is something else. Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
