@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am running 8.11.0 on Windows 10 and 11 and have no issues. However, I did have an issue with the latest version but I sorted it out myself.

Version 8.11.0 runs on Win 64bit architecture. I asked them to compile their new application for both 32 and 64 bit OS.

@user_632093499404336_632093499404336 You can connect it to the NVR. If you do scan and the NVR doesn't find it the add it using its UID. Make sure that the NVR and the camera are on the same network.

@md Despite using the horizontal range the guard position still deviates from the configured position. I have taken up with the support but eventually the issue is still there. So I decided to disable the tracking feature. However, as a customer I can fully understand the other customers frustration. And tracking works well on Trackmix and 823A where I do not think they are using plastic gears.

@user_716104480747703_716104480747703 I do not think this has solely to do with the firmware but rather the gearing mechanism. I do too find my E1 OD Pro facing the wall though the occurrences is far less than the first generation of E1 OD. I disabled the auto tracking and thereafter I had no issue. I did reported to senior support.

Howevr, you are absolutely right. It has to function as advertised. Kindly take it up with Reolink support.

@sathish-pnair_552716392325354 This means that you are logging from an external network. In this scenario they set the default stream mode ALWAYS to Fluent irrespective to the previous setting. In my opinion this is to avoid any congestion on their allocated bandwidth on the P2P Relay servers. I do suggest you to email support and do a request.
