@reolink-lorenz Any date when this shall be available. It should not take time unless other features are added.
@victoria_627138625310723 So it is specific to your environment. Would you consider installing the DirectX9 libraries and try again? It won't impact your current DirectX11. You can download it from MS.
@victoria_627138625310723 And this is for the case of multi-view. As you can see both the clip and the ptz icons are included.
@victoria_627138625310723 I have them as illustrated below on v8.12
@ramms_119 Totally in agreement. I have been leading a team of programmers and we share the project (code) in real time. We rigorously test the application before releasing it to ensure that existing and new functions work as expected. We used to dedicate substantial time in testing but it really paid off. Excellent reputation and trust.Sharing code among developers has many benefits, including time and money saved and increased innovation. There are so many tools out there to choose from.
@kacpero_151487646179508 Maybe they removed it. Try to email support.
@sdeweb31_707475180433633 I know. Note that I am a customer like you.
@sdeweb31_707475180433633 Good. I have seen comments written by customers who have added such a chime. Thanks.Reolink should manufacture additional chimes and make them available in their store.
@user_721949733916897_721949733916897 Could it be that the previous video has exceeded the 5 min duration? If it is motion then the motion icon should be added and not timer. I suggest you to email Reolink support for further clarification. I don't use any motion detection type on any of my cameras.
@mirlus_722020426842335 You can log on the BB router and change the SSID and password to the ones you had before.
@pdownes2001_384636162646205 It was simple and so our cerebellum ignores to think. Had it be so complex then it will kick in :). Now you know it. Enjoy.
@rageykiwi_622687856689222 Hurray............. Imagine I developed the software myself :). I no longer do this job anymore.... I miss C++ and customers.
@reolink-lorenz I was running the v4.38.0.5 before upgrading. I reported this when Reolink released v4.38.0.4. See our comments at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6088/reolink-app-v4-38-released-enhance-time-lapse-function-added-preview-page-light-mode?post_id=23291
@tomselbyuk_331910860959874 This client uses old DirectX9 libraries. It will not do any harm in adding it. The DirectX11 libraries will not be overwritten. Otherwise email Reolink support.
@user_721949733916897_721949733916897 The icons represent timer, any motion, person, vehicle and pet recording. Timer refers to the continuous recording while the other three are motion-triggered recordings.
@pdownes2001_384636162646205 I have v8.12 and have both live and playback views for the WIFI doorbell. Do you have audio? Can you delete it and add it again? Take note of the UID before you delete it.
@campcam_488432990896341 Check this out https://community.reolink.com/topic/4684/rlc-823a-rlc-523wa-tracking-beta-4-0-firmware-added-auto-tracking-horizontal-range-schedule
@campcam_488432990896341 First ensure that the camera has the latest firmware. You can check this in Reolink Download Center website. There is a drop down list of all the models. In the auto tracking there is the horizontal range. Did you try to limit the range to cover your area of interest?
@user_721929311629444_721929311629444 If the camera is in service you can get the UID from the INFO menu or you can get it from the qr code you have scanned in your mobile during installation. Otherwise you need to email support and provide the invoice of the purchase. Maybe they have it assigned to the UID of the camera.
@treehousesecurity_606065444647003 Which model? Is this a battery operated camera?
