@cédric_756173795434660 How is the camera connected in garage? Are you using the same POE switch? So if the POE switch is used then the only difference is the cable. Did you try to add the camera using its UID?

@avperede_213931771191537 From the specs of the POE doorbell, you can see that it can be powered either using POE or 12-24VAC 50/60Hz, 24VDC. For data you can use the ethernet cable.

@avperede_213931771191537 I do not think the 433MHz transmitter on the doorbell has so much power to reach the Chime receiver at 500 feet. I haven't seen any specification in this regard. I have installed one at my summer residence and it is 25 feet away and there are two walls in between. Maybe you will get 20m if there are no obstacles. @daservices-usa_295488157241547 The 'underwater' audio quality is a known issue on the CX410 and E1 Zoom cameras. Lately a number of selected testers were provided with a CX810 and one of them stated that the audio quality is the same as that of the CX410. They should continue to use and improve on the microphone circuitry of DUO 2/811A/TrackMix, etc.As for the spotlight we have suggested most of your ideas. However, I suggest you that you submit your request on https://support.reolink.com/requests/ The more requests they have the higher the probability of being implemented.

@avperede_213931771191537 Communication between the doorbell and the chime is via radio signals operating at 433MHz. So when the button is pressed a message comprisings of 1s and 0s is modulated either in PWM or PMM and transmitted over radio signal operating at 433.92 MHz. The receiver in the chime decodes the message and sounds its buzzer. Before using the chime with the doorbell you need to pair them.
