@user_751656139354360_751656139354360 I have RLC511WA running fw v3.1.0.989_22051909 and never had any issue. Recent Windows clients are taking some seconds to connect to the camera. This has been confirmed by a number of customers. I guess the last robust client was the 8.8.4. I would certainly email Reolink support for the RLC511.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 This is the case when you view the camera remotely whereby the customers will be using the AWS/Azure P2P Relay servers. This service is not free and bandwidth comes at a cost.so there is a tradeoff. This seems to be forced from 8.8.5 onwards.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Penso di si ma che cosa puo' far!! I am on v8.12.1 and working fine for me. But I saw people who reverted to v8.11.0 which seems to be more stable. Note that 8.8.4 is a 32 bit client and Reolink are no longer compiling their client for 32bit OS.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 This is not available on the Android application but available on the Windows client. But when you receive the email you the title of the email includes the name of the camera.I have upgraded to v8.14.0 but had to revert back to v8..12.1 because the icon controls are no longer available. I will report it.
@user_749600345792662_749600345792662 8.14.0 is available. I haven't yet tried it out.Update: I installed v8.14.0 and lost the icon controls and so I rolled back to v8.12.1. I will report it to support.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I do not recall entering the camera name in the email setup. You shall receive Alarm from Camera Name in the email title.
@user_751035939598501_751035939598501 Not yet available. Try to buy one from your nearest DIY store. That's what I do for all my cams and are by far cheaper. Search for a universal junction box at Amazon.
@user_751004229992689_751004229992689 Go to main menu and select device order.
@user_750994276589749_750994276589749 We have already suggested them to implrment an event history log as it is cumbersome if the object crosses various cameras. We simply click on the event which shall start the associated clip.
@oakmont_633419891937300 Kindly email Reolink support as we have no idea of new units.
@gingerm0nkey_681484548567288 Kindly report it to support.
@user_745241262715024_745241262715024 What type of settings do you want to change?
@marchner-mathias_520463086354664 RTMP is used for flash player and this is no longer supported on new browsers. So http/https should suffice. This is what I have on mine.
@aho Connection refused means that http/https is not enabled from cam side.
@marchner-mathias_520463086354664 Are you able to connect using Reolink Windows client? You can download it from the Reolink Download Center. There is an unofficial site which archives Reolink firmware for most models. https://[censored]/AT0myks/reolink-fw-archive
@marchner-mathias_520463086354664 I am on v3.1.0.2649_23083102 (hw IPC_566SD65MP) and have no issue. Ensure that http/https is enabled from the Network menu.
@phirephoto_633457091563556 Check the post motion recording. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/12883967324313-How-to-Set-up-Post-motion-Recording-via-Reolink-Client-New-Client-/?gclid=CjwKCAjwkNOpBhBEEiwAb3MvvYHIEN9Tf-d-2bV1y7UUg4ERaDP1NQAPZIeCcL0oSVijwHrYJ_rviRoCOhoQAvD_BwE
@phirephoto_633457091563556 The object stop timer determines how long the camera will stay at the last tracking position when the object stops in the monitoring area before it will return back to the monitor point. The object disappears timer determines how long the camera will stay at the last tracking position after the object disappears. If there are no other moving objects during this period, the camera will return back to the monitor point.
@steve_156096824164522 You have the option to ftp the files to an FTP server.
@vodkan_410792752525441 This is rich notification and is only available for doorbell WIFI and Keen. This comes through a subscription as further processing is required at their messaging application servers.
