@bendavis78_717054647451814 I agree. FTPS is history now :). Hopefully they will upgrade to SFTP.
@mnbass_250072378863759 I suggest you to restore the cameras. It's useless rebooting and re-installing application on iphone.
@savsav_610385466061435 Better to submit the request to Reolink support at https://support.reolink.com/requests/?gclid=CjwKCAjwp8OpBhAFEiwAG7NaEphmme0S54NOSJH8aq3q9W0iNR1p9ilFq-QGPvplz5uGMe9BWO6jwhoCyWwQAvD_BwE
@post-dce_717187272979133 With the present doorbell I do not see there is a solution for your request. I have enabled recording for both person and visitor but I only receive push notification for a visitor.
@user_664640953340025_664640953340025 I have asked for SIP calling on the doorbell camera for quite some time to close the gap with their competitors who already provide. Maybe they can provide the SIP client and then we register with a VOIP service provider.
@user_736903663919286_736903663919286 We have requested this to Reolink. This is only available for the standalone floodlight.
@user_748581736141008_748581736141008 Of course there is the scene mode. Have a look at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026049414-What-is-Scene-Mode-and-How-to-Set-the-Scene-Mode-for-Your-Cameras-on-Reolink-App/?gclid=CjwKCAjwp8OpBhAFEiwAG7NaEg08-i16blQps-DPVNc59p-nKF9pd0pa9mq261xK0tR8_PyXWFoviBoC9EAQAvD_BwE
@f_god The forward / is part of the path :). otherwise it will consider the whole name as one directory.
@ldiciolla_711600280387832 It can take up to 5 chimes. My doorbell is connected to 2 chimes. Check this article https://community.reolink.com/topic/4099/purchasing-multiple-chimes-for-doorbell?post_id=25040&_=1692867878933 and you can purchase the one mentioned here.
@user_683646959882475_683646959882475 Yes you can add another chime. Up to 5 chimes can be added to a single doorbell.
@user_746222755958957_746222755958957 This is motion tagging. They are implementing at at application level.
@user_632920161644548_632920161644548 Have a look at my articles at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6583/argus-motion-detection?post_id=25310&_=1697369692915 and https://community.reolink.com/topic/6604/enregistrement-partiel?post_id=25450&_=1697369692918 respectively.
@markarron9_504005354344625 The motion tagging has been implemented at application level and subsequently it will not correctly identify what has triggered the camera. This should have been implemented at source. And why at high resolution and only for live view?
@big_ted I wrote to senior support and so far no action has been taken. All their websites, documentation and APIs have to be constantly updated and available to their customers. This will definitely offload emails from support. For instance every 2 to 3 months I ask for any newer firmware for each model. They need to act quickly and efficiently in every aspect.
@user_748022938198227_748022938198227 Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/16065559790105-How-to-View-the-Dual-Display-of-Reolink-TrackMix-Series-via-Reolink-NVRs-New-UI-/
@user_736098558853348_736098558853348 Watch this https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HYzarfdSziIIts a good camera but if you shall be using it to track objects then be aware that sometimes it doesn't return to its configured guard position. I got this issue on Trackmix, E1 Zoom and E1 OD. This has been reported by a number of customers in the community and at reddit.
@user_747401694544069_747401694544069 Go to detection alarm and disable auto tracking.
@susielwilson53_456869314953373 Extract the SIM from the camera and insert it in your smartphone. Ensure you add the APN correctly and check you access the internet and able to watch a video on you tube. Ensure you are on 4G/4G+. Ensure that you are using this SIM if you have insert it in a dual SIM smartphone. If this is fine then insert the SIM and reset the camera. Initialise it and ensure that the camera is in a location with 4G/4G+ coverage. If it handover to 3G/HSPA then you will experience issues in connectivity.
@chris-vandevelde_465103941865709 You need a 48VAC (Secondary) transformer.
@home786_602861952381032 Unfortunately no.
