@pawelmwo You need to email support and check it out with them. Maybe one day we will see all firmware at the download centre.
@leonettiluca20_360510575181965 you need to email Reolink support to get the previous version.
@thorindustries_441176308347131 Reolink battery powered cameras don't support continuous recording. They only support motion detection recording.
@user_617650665832448_617650665832448 Which camera you are talking about? Have you checked that firmware and Reolink client are the latest? Have you done any upgrades on the smartphone?
@christinehardaker_460338802319583 can you attach a picture please?
@danieldu76-hebert_586872719082031 which canera you have purchased? Battery operated?
@user_602187556462673_602187556462673 Good point. I never came across one with a strap. They also need to start thinking of having the enclosure being the solar panel like their competitors.
@alvaro2 Good. But the problem of the guard point deviation will never be solved. I also noticed that in total darkness the E1 OD is not so sensitive even though the sensitivity is set to high. At day time it's brilliant though. So they need to optimize the detection during total darkness. The integrated IR seems to be inadequate. I can add an external illumination to it but this is not the appropriate solution.
@josh-heller_289202530767049 you're welcome. They need to fix appl running on Win 11. For your perusal, Reolink released version 8.8.2 and is available in their download centre. I did install it but didn't see any major difference.
@reolink-fiona Please ensure with the team that the firmware will be rigorously tested before being launched to the general public. Recall that members (like Alvaro :)) will be willing to assist in the testing.
@alvaro2 Why lucky. I have it too :).
@jedi2020_32727772450952 I do not think this is a Win client issue as this occurs even on Android client when max resolution is selected.
@darren_45694410696 I fully agree. Check whether it is an exhaust or intake type.
@user_602187556462673_602187556462673 To the best of my knowledge, none of the Reolink battery operated cameras allow the addition of user accounts. In your case, try to change the password of the camera and check that the other user with whom you shared the camera is unable to log on.
@mattdm_579588790694198 Wording is wrong...should be default or factory settings.
@user_617650665832448_617650665832448 It is not easy to state what went wrong unless traces are captured at various points. From Android Reolink client restore the camera and reconfigure it again. Note that restore will not delete the wifi setting. But before doing so take note of all the settings.
@mattdm_579588790694198 You can re-order them to whatever order you want them on Android without deleting anything.
@jedi2020_32727772450952 The Duo 2 WIFI battery operated can support up to 256GB SD.
@big_ted Reolink has to include what has been fixed or changed with each new upgrade. Moreover their applications should check for any update each time it is invoked like any other application. This can be easily implemented.
@mattdm_579588790694198 If you want to start afresh you need to delete them from all entities where you have defined them, namely, Windows Client, Android/IoS client and NVR (you need a mouse and an monitor). If you don't know how to delete them (fairly easy) go to Reolink site and in the search field enter 'How to delete camera from POE NVR', etc. Still I cannot understand why you want to delete them. For instance you can easily delete the other channel.
