      PC Client v8.11.0 is available to download on the download center. We will also push the auto-update notification via the Client.
       
      Download now:
       
      What’s New:
      1. Compatible with New Products: TrackMix Wired LTE and CX410.
       
      2. Added firmware upgrade support for the NVR-connected cameras(coming soon)
      Finally, we are developing the firmware upgrade feature of the NVR-connected cameras. This is requested by lots of users. I believe this will be more convenient for the NVR users to upgrade the camera firmware. The NVR firmware is still under development. Stay tuned!
       
      3. Added Multiple viewing modes of the Reolink FE-P and FE-W(Fisheye camera)
      There are three mounting methods including ceiling/wall/desktop. You can set the display view according to your mounting mode and your need.
      Ceiling: Fisheye, Dual Panoramic View, Quad View, and Cylindrical View
      Wall: Fisheye, Defished View
      Desktop: Fisheye, Defished View

       
      4. Added 3D zoom function of the RLC-823A-16X
      Draw a box, and the camera will automatically zoom into that zone.
       
      5. Support the stream mode switch by right-clicking on the playback interface

      6. Added temporary folder path setting

      7. Optimized camera setting UI

      8. Fixed the issue of the icon loss on the live view page

      9. Fixed the bug of wrong window width and height

      10. Fixed the problem that the alt+F4 shortcut key couldn’t close the window

      11. Added preset list mode for PTZ cameras

            @reolink-fiona had a PC crash and had to install reolink again, now PTZ and all other buttons other record and picture are gone. I need the PTZ is this going to addressed?

                    Please check hardware decoding on/off? changing this has helped some
                    Also as Joseph has said, install DirectX9 and reinstall Client V8.11

                    In V8.11 now the Microfone and PTZ-Controll has gone.

                    I am using 3 Cams. Trackmix Wifi, E1-Zoom and RLC-523WA.


                    Yep and already now rolling back to the good old 8.8.5

                    every time the same

                        @christian Hello Mister. Can you please install DirectX 9 and re-install v8.11.0? Let me know if this fixes the issue.

                          DX9 released 20 years ago, and 7 years before Reolink was a business.... sometimes I wonder about Reolink and the oddball support they push.

                          Please give us back the option to set the Clear viewing mode for each Camera view within the Live View.

                          Balanced is not sufficient quality for accurate viewing. In any case, older versions had this ability and you should be giving us the more choices to customize what we have paid for, not less.

                                Not sure why they mess with it. Leave ALL defaults clear and let people change if needed. I still don't know why playback is defaulted to the worst. Glad I haven't bought any more cameras yet.

                                What's new? Skippy looking video on occasion and audio that goes in and out. I've seen a few instances where it looks like frames are missing. People are walking and are all of a sudden several steps ahead of where they should be. As far as audio, it comes and goes as far as listening. I do not talk over it. Back to the previous client!

                                        @sathish-pnair_552716392325354 This means that you are logging from an external network. In this scenario they set the default stream mode ALWAYS to Fluent irrespective to the previous setting. In my opinion this is to avoid any congestion on their allocated bandwidth on the P2P Relay servers. I do suggest you to email support and do a request.

                                            I downloaded V8.12, hoping it would fix the missing buttons, but instead, my video disappeared. I had to go back to V8.11 and the crop/clip and PTZ Buttons are still missing. Does anyone know of a fix for this in the client?

                                                  @reolink-lorenz Thank you for helping. Here are two pictures, both only have the camera and video buttons. The clip and PTZ buttons are missing.

                                                  I bought the REOLINK 4K Security Camera Outdoor System, IP PoE Dome Surveillance Camera with Human/Vehicle Detection. I'm viewing them on my laptop.
