      Hi, y’all,
      Our APP v4.32.0 is released today. You can download the Android/IOS APP v4.32.0 in the Google play store or Apple store.
      The APP adopts a grayscale release strategy, so the update time will be different in different regions. Please pay attention to the recent update.

      Changelog:
      1. Added Two-Factor Authentication(2FA) to guarantee your account safety
      Updated: The 2FA feature is under the beta testing stage and is not available for all users now. We plan to officially add the 2FA function to the app and our website by the end of October or early November. When it is available, we will definitely let you know.

      If you enable the Two-Factor Authentication(2FA) of your account, you need to enter a verification code after submitting your account info. You can know more about the 2FA here, https://my.reolink.com/two-factor-authentication/.

          @reolink-fiona Finally Reolink introduced 2FA which I did request it. This is the first step and there are a multitude of security features to be introduced. I did sent my suggestions to Reolink support. You need to act faster............

              Is it possible for a link to be attached for a manual android app download for those who dont use the play store?
              the website still only lists v4.28.08

                @Reolink-Fiona As of Sept 3, the Google Play Store still has only 4.31.0.4.
                Edit: I'm in the U.S.

                    @campbell_99 That will depend on country. When the new version (4.32) is released, google stage the store updates around the world/devices. In Australia also only have 4.31 on my store, so id expect over next few days it will show up in the store.

                            Found a bug in the lastest app version.

                            The channel selection while viewing multiple cameras is not getting saved.

                            Everytime the cameras are viewed live, all channels get selected.

                            Reverted back to 4.30.1.1 and no more issues.

                                  Hi Joseph, thanks for the reply.

                                  The app auto updated overnight and it is doing the same thing. I do press the Done button, everytime I make changes.

                                  The bug only affects the cameras under a NVR, the standalone cameras are not affected.
