Hi, sorry to hear the bad experience on the support. They need to confirm the issue first before providing you the old firmware and it may not solve the issue. May I know did you solve the issue now? If not, please contact us with this thread and we'd process it soon for you. Have a nice day!

Hi, the battery-powered camera will go to standby mode (sleep mode) to save the battery power and when the PIR detected the motion to wake up. So there is a delay (about 0.8s) since the motion trigger to the camera starting record. It is the hardware limit and we suggest you may change the installation angel to make it trigger the camera earlier before the person left. You may refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006379253.

Hi, the normal means the continuous recording and the MD is motion detection recording. Also, the local settings mean record to your PC when you enable the schedule and it will start recordings when the client was running. If you have any other questions, please contact our support for more help, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Hi Andrew, sorry about that we didn't test the hardware and it is hard to say they could hold the 36 cameras. But for the PC, it used the video card to decode the stream from the cameras, so you may choose the best video card as you can. Also, you may contact our support team for a further help. Refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Hi, the PoE & WiFi cameras identify the motion by comparing the two frames (before and after), so the rains or the tree's waving will trigger the motion detection. We suggest you may try to set the motion detection area for the cameras, refer to Set up Motion Area on Reolink Client.
Hi, we suggest following the label to prevent the current high voltage may damage the DC input on the NVR. If you got any issue on that, please contact our support team for the solution. Have a nice day!
Hi, may I know did you get the video loss error message on the screen? If it is so, please refer to Troubleshooting – ”Video Loss” in Reolink PoE NVR to check, also, you may contact our support team for help, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Hi, yes, the battery-powered cameras could only be accessed via the Reolink App and Reolink Client on PC. They don't support the Reolink NVR. As the battery-powered cameras used for motion detection record but not 24/7 record, so the micro SD card and cloud are enough for the battery-powered cameras. Hi, we have the cloud for Reolink Battery-powered cameras now, it is similar to the S3 object storage. You may refer to https://cloud.reolink.com/. Have a nice day!
