Hi, yes, it will highlight areas in recording timeline where motion has been detected. You may refer to Playback on PoE NVR.
Hi, sorry for that the Argus 2 doesn't support other 3rd party software integrated.
I have bought 4 RLC-410W and all of them frequently drop out and do not reconnect to the wlan. Even if the wifi signal shows 4 bars. I have learned now, that I only need to plugin an LAN cable, connect the router for a few seconds and the camera is back and online via wifi. The camera has still all the settings available I did on initial setup. The drop out happens after a power failure or an reboot of the router / accesspoint or just after a period of time.I struggle with the reolink support team and get no help. What is wrong?Any suggestions? TIACheersAndreas
Hi Andreas, sorry for the bad experience with the support team. Here is the suggestion for you:1. Try to connect the camera via Ethernet cable.2. Log in the camera via Reolink Client on your PC.3. Go to the WiFi Settings page and click OK to save the settings.4. Unplug the cable and check if the issue remains. If the issue remains, please contact the support with your order ID. Then ask for senior support to check and provide the final solution in 24 hours. I'll also follow the ticket with the support team for you. Hope we could help you to solve the issue soon.

Hi, yes, you may use the Reolink Client and refer to here. But if you used the Reolink Client to record to your PC, you need to run the client on the PC for 24/7. So we suggest you may choose the FTP. Also, if you have more than 3 Reolink cameras (PoE/WiFi), we suggest you may choose the Reolink NVR to get the best experience. Refer to https://reolink.com/product/rln8-410/.
I have the same issues. When connected to my Wifi network everything is fine. In Settings -> Reolink, I have cellular data ON. When I turn off my Wifi and try to open Reolink, I get a pink bar at the top of my iphone screen stating “Network unavialable. Please check the network”. I have a 8 channel nvr with 2 bullet RCL-410 and 2 dome RLC-410. HELP…. I want to connect with my phone remotely and see my cameras live. If I cannot, then I have 30 days to return the system with the Amazon 30 day return policy.
Hi, could you please contact the support team for further help? Also, you may provide the UID and system status screenshot for them to check. Have a nice day!
Hi Justin, the RAM and CPU value is for your PC. Due to the accessing is on your PC, the decoding for the video stream will use your PC's video card and CPU, so these are used for users to check their PC's status.
Hi Justin, about the remote accessing on Reolink products. We provide the UID (based on P2P) for users to make it easy to use. You may just connect the cameras/NVRs to the Internet and log in them via the UID with your username/password. For the P2P, please refer to here. And the UID uses the random UDP ports on the network. If you don't need that, you may just disable it and set the port forwarding by yourself. But we hope to provide users with a convenient way to use the cameras/NVRs, users needn't know how it works or worry about the security issue. We used the private protocol and also has the encryption from the AWS to protect your data safety. Also, our server won't save any private data from users. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Have a nice day!
Hi Tony, thanks for your suggestion. I'll feedback to the R&D to check on this feature for the battery-powered cameras. Also, if you need this feature now, you may choose the Reolink PoE NVR kit and it has this already! Refer to https://reolink.com/product/rlk8-410b4/.
Hi, sorry for that the Reolink Argus 2 is not designed for the 24/7 working. It only supports the motion detection recordings. If you need the 24/7 recordings, you may choose the RLC-410W and record to your PC or FTP server. Refer to https://reolink.com/product/rlc-410w/.
Hi, if the issue also remains on the LAN accessing and the reset doesn't work, please provide your order ID and the attachment to the support team for RMA.
Hi, yes, the weak signal may affect the uploading to the cloud, but for the alerts, you may try to use the siren to verify if the camera was triggered. Refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004215573. If you need a further help, please contact the support team.
Hi Chris, yes, before adding the devices to the NVR, the NVR will detect the cameras on the LAN via a LAN broadcast packet. So if the camera is not on the same LAN, it cannot be detected by the NVR. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.
Hi Paul, you may submit a request to the support team and ask them to add you to our beta plan testing users list and they will contact you when they need the test help. Have a nice day!

Hi, how about the Reolink C2 Pro? Refer to https://reolink.com/product/c2-pro/
Hi, to initial set up the NVR via the Reolink Client. You may just finish the installation and connection on the NVR and cameras, then log in the NVR via the Reolink Client on the LAN to set it up. When you connect the NVR's LAN port to the router, it will obtain an IP address from the router automatically. And the default login account is "admin" without the password. For the Raspberry PI, I'm not familiar with it. Hope you may get help from other users. But for the Home Assistant, we have the plan in next year and you may subscribe our emails to get the news: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us.Have a nice day!
