The camera can be used with the NVR only. It can't be used on the web interface. If you want to view it on the web, you can just connect the NVR and the camera will show under the NVR.
Or is the only missing feature that the cameras would not show up in the reolink-app?
Thank you for your suggestions. We will forwarded you suggestions to our R&D team for possibilities.

@mleonhardt1. The NVR supports the H265 video format now. But it doesn't support H265 in RTSP. We are working on it. But there is no exact version to confirm.2. It is in LAN when you connect the camera to the NVR. 3. This is the specification page of the camera. When you click into one camera and click the "spec", you will see the specification. https://reolink.com/product/rlc-1220a/#specifications Or you can go to our support center to search for some questions, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/.4. About the link, the site may have some security rule. You can put some safe link.
The cameras of the kit don't have the UID, which means that you can't add the cameras as standalone cameras. If you connect the cameras to the NVR, it is not a must to use the PoE switch.
You can just drag the camera to the main screen. Then it will show. This article is for your reference, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900005264383-Playback-Download-Recordings-via-Reolink-Client-New-Client-.
Hi Alex, thank you for your suggestion and we have forwarded to our team for evaluation.
Hi there, you can set up the FTP to transfer data to the NAS. If your NAS is QNAP or Synology, in addition to uploading videos to your QNAP or Synology via FTP server, you may also add the NVR directly to your QNAP or Synology following the below articles. This article is for your reference, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000628566-How-Can-I-Have-My-Reolink-Camera-Record-to-My-NAS. When you add NVR to Synology, if your NVR is RLN8-410, please choose the ONVIF instead of Reolink when you choose the brand. If you use the RLN8-410-E, you can choose Reolink.
We don't have that kind of manual now. If you have any questions, you can submit a request here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Our technical staff will reply to you within 24 hours.
Yes, you can disable the audio record of the camera. In the App, you can follow this path setting<Advanced<Record Audio. You can just disable the record audio button.

@mleonhardt If you want to access the camera that connects to the NVR, there are two methods to view on the other computer.Firstly, when you connect the camera to the NVR directly, you can view the camera under the NVR on the Client on the computer remotely.Secondly, when you connect the PoE switch and the NVR under the same router and then connect the camera to the PoE switch or NVR, you can add the camera as a standalone camera to the Client. If you want to use the RTSP, you can look at the answer of @astrabuster@astrabuster Sorry for not getting your point. The NVR doesn't support the H.265 RTSP now. If you want to use the H.265, you can add the camera as the standalone camera as the above second method.

Hi there, this feature will be available with the cameras that the camera name is with A. For example, RLC-811A, RLC-1210A,etc.
Hi there, this NVR is a 4k version. You can view the video in the mainstream when you view one camera on the screen. But POE NVRs can only support 1-channel 8MP video playback. If it is under 8MP, you can view up to 4 cameras at the same time.
