Sorry to tell you the recordings can't be deleted in a defined time. The new recordings will automatically overwrite the old recordings when the capacity of HDD becomes full. You can backup the important videos in advance, and then format the HDD to delete those unwanted recordings.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send a video to support@reolink.com? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Thank you for contacting Reolink. If you have other problems in operation, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day:)
Yes, the latest firmware of RLC-410W-5MP has been updated to the Download Center on our official website. You can find out the corresponding model and upgrade the camera.
Yes, the answer is correct. The power must come from the 12V power supply no matter in which way you connect this camera. If you are interested in the WiFi camera that doesn't need to connect to the power supply all the time, you can consider the Reolink battery-powered camera.Battery operated security cameras are usually 100% wire-free cameras (from top to bottom). Require no other power, no cords, no wiring! So you easily move your Reolink 100% wireless battery security camera anywhere, and set it up in minutes.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send email to support@reolink.com? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.

Thank you for your update. For the cloud recording issue, could you please send an email to support@reolink.com? We will confirm this problem for you via email or phone as you want. And you don't need to take out the SD card and view the recordings on your computer, you can playback via Reolink app directly.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send an email to support@reolink.com? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Reolink cloud is only available in four countries (US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) at present. Have you bound your camera to your cloud account successfully? If you have can receive the motion notification but there aren't recordings uploading to the cloud, it seems that the camera can't record normally. Do you have other Micro SD card which is compatible with the standard? Please insert an SD card and confirm if the camera can record normally. You mentioned that the Micro SD card you installed before can't be recognized by the camera. Please make sure you've installed the Micro SD card into the SD card slot properly. Read on Install the Micro SD Card for Reolink Argus Eco to learn more.
Thank you for supporting Reolink. We will spare no effort to figure it out as soon as possible. Have a nice day:)

Please reset this camera and try to access it again. If the problem goes on, could you please email our support for further assistance? Thanks.
Yes, you are right. The cameras will record to both NVR and SD card at the same time. Motion videos only stored on SD card and 24/7 on NVR. And that will not slow down processor because the storage process is mutually independent.
The battery-powered camera can't work with other third-party software because that will drain the battery quickly. And sorry that you can't bulk download the videos via Reolink app at present, but you can take out the Micro SD card and download those videos on the computer. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. I will forward those suggestions to our R&D team, and they will improve them in the future. Sorry for all those various issues. For the motion detection issue of Argus 2, to a large extent, it is relative to the position you install this camera. Read on Installation Tips for Reolink Battery-Powered Cameras to learn more. That might be the reason why Argus PT performance better than Argus 2.We will do our best to help you solve or improve those issues you mentioned above. Could you please send an email to support@reolink.com? Our technical support will follow up and check it for you soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your patience.
Theoretically, in LAN, the camera can record to NVR and will also work with Google Assistance at the same time under that way. But we don't test that before, and the firmware which is compatible with Google Assistance is designed for the IP cameras. So we don't recommend you operate like that, it is best to connect your cameras to the router directly.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Our R&D teams are working day and night to research the NVR firmware that is compatible with Google Assistance. You may subscribe our emails to get the newest update: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Thank you for your suggestion. Sorry to tell you the Reolink app which is compatible with TV has not been made at present. Our senior engineers will keep an eye on this item. You may subscribe our emails to get the newest update: https://reolink.campgn4.com/Subscribe-Us.
