@andrewadventure_658285543473233 Go to Main Menu (Upper Left hand corner)......select SETTING and then disable Data Usage Warning. And Voila'
@albator_681579469856921A number of members including myself have requested the addition of a schedule to the spot light similar to what is available for siren.
@big_ted Yeah so far so good but the stretch mode should be extended to single view not just in case of multiple views. My engineering logic says..if you implemented to multiple then do it for single view.
@crimp-on_62210811129 So only in Asia :). Previously we used to get a link to their google drive and voila'. This feature will reveal the accuracy of the AI detection algorithm. Let's see.
@wag-ranch_704751436066946 Indeed we are pushing Reolink to provide this feature across all AI cameras. This is solely software.
@reolink-fiona Any plans to have SDXC 512GB?
@tonyht They were working on providing a different tone for the push message notification when the button is pressed. But didn't hear anything. However, the best option is to originate a call as being done by their competitor
@user_651490629161069_651490629161069 Totally agreed. I have proposed sound detection (AI - with user recorded sounds) for some time now and I am hoping that one day we will see it implemented. I did even proposed other detection types such as fire detection, facial detection and recognition, number plate recognition, glass breaking, crying, package, etc. Moreover this can be enhanced by having VOIP calling to a list of numbers.
@reolink-fiona This camera sees what our eyes can't see so clearly.
@reuven-goldenberg_36887769641 Nobody is anxious to upgrade. I am running v8.14.1. Issue is the poor video quality of their player at Clear mode. But why they don't state what has been fixed, improved, added or removed. Just bugs fixed.
@user_630673173327926_630673173327926 A number of customers including myself have requested these features to Reolink support. We also asked for event history and from the event history it jumps to the appropriate clip.@shayla Can you please update us on these requests?
@reolink-fiona Congratulations to ALL the people who in one way or another have contributed to Reolink to improve their products and support.
@nick_26792935116 They need to improve in testing and coding resources otherwise the competitors will take over this niche,
@user_694372066795760_694372066795760 Reolink are working on motion tagging but I think this will be available on new cams. We have been requesting this for quite some time.@shayla: Can you please update us when the motion tagging shall be available to the customers and on which models?
@reolink-fiona And now we have the 2.4G/5G WIFI selection as depicted below.Personally I would have expected additional features as requested by customers. Any other changes made to the code so we will do more specific tests.
@user_786298389987560_786298389987560 For battery operated cameras, the communication is released after 5 minutes and user is prompted if he/she wants to keep the session. This is used to save battery. You may submit your support. I have already told them this should be an option and user selectable.
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 Thanks for the details. I will use this to inform again the senior support. I have requested this feature for more than a year. Have a nice day,
@reolink-fiona This is a great news for the Germans. Keep it up.
@markjforte_243522996035718 It is suggested that these requests be submitted to support on support @ reolink . com. I don't think the dev teams see all our comments.
@eliaschief_130980308959420 Most of the configuration is through mouse clicks and opted for a sw keyboard. @Fiona Are there any plans to add a USB keyboard support on NVRs?
