@jeankok_709237676638430 Correct. You cannot access any settings when connected to a TV through HDMI. Only layouts. You need to use the client to change any setting. I already have submitted a complain to Reolink. Can you do it too? The more requests they have the more we see it implemented.

@chopstix Agree. But it would be more flexible if the camera can provide a number of monitoring positions which can be scheduled by the user. Maybe during the day positioned towards location A, afternoon towards location B and during the night towards location C. This has a pan of 355 degrees and so would be nice to add.
@kimchigun I have been telling them for ages now. Their software is really behind their competitors. Both in features and robustness. Even the support needs improvement. It is not about quantity but quality. Better having fewer models with super enriched features and being rock stable.
@big_ted Nice to see people participating and sharing their experience. The one who did the list of features provided a roadmap to Reolink for the next 5 years. This is what most of us are looking for.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 In my last requests I have been through this. For me it seems that the front support is AI based. Irrelevant questions and email not read. To update a firmware I sent 5 emails. Previously in one email I got the fw pushed to my UID.I have already expressed this to support. It's up to them to improve.

@big_ted So this Win client has been released to sort out bugs which were reported in the previous version. I didn't see any additional feature. I really miss the time when I was leading a sw developing team and my staff would do their utmost to sort out issues reported by customers and discovered by the testing team. One has to try to be positive and move on. Well, you can bring a horse water but you can't make it drink.
@reolink-daisy I did update to 4.47.0.5 from 4.47.0.4 and would say didn't encounter any major issues. What I noticed is that the audio is slightly less clearer and volume is a bit low. As what should be added, I refer to the guy in Reddit who listed what features should be implemented.

We also offered our support to test subject to our availability since we have our commitments. But we can allocate free time slots as we find here to assist based on our experience and skills. Recall that we are customers like you and we do not have access to any specific documentation other than what is available on the Internet.
