@big_ted They should remove it from their repository until the issues are sorted out. I don't know why they leave it to be downloaded or upgraded.

@chopstix It's a potential compatibility issue with Bosch FlexiDome cams. Reolink NVR is mostly meant for Reolink cameras. Not the full ONVIF standard seems to be implemented by Reolink.

@big_ted there is 8.19.6 and still with issues. At least the fonts have been reverted to previous style.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 In the past I have developed a lot of applications and never had such issues. I used to dedicate substantial time for testing and including logging so if a bug occurs I get the logs from the client and investigate what went wrong. In a day I provide a solution. I would say...those were the days. Today they are merely on the same wavelength. This generation is totally different.

@reolink-alyson Excellent products. However. I would have enhanced the Altas by having the same resolution as the Altas PT Ultra and add IR lights (30m). Perhaps I would also consider to have a higher vertical FOV say 65 degrees.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I haven't been asked to test any pro cameras. Whenever I am given one I do rigorous testing and provide feedback. Then it is up to the dev team to take action.

@lafunamor Most of the current NVRs have the event summary feature, but it's not available through the app or desktop client yet. It's currently only available on the NVR UI (via a connected monitor and mouse).
But shortly should be available to the app and client, but no timeline given.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Unfortunately this is the only way to get something done in today's life. And if not performed then let it go especially if it may impact your mental health. Sometimes not worth it. There are lots of alternatives.

@kimchigun I did notice this from the day I have installed the WIFI Trackmix (but it is being connected through its eth port). It seems to me that it is not fast enough to focus on the object and subsequently it focuses on the whole view. I mostly view through the wide lens.

As you correctly stated, it would have been nice if the customer has the ability to control the Telephoto lens. That would be wonderful but would remain in our dreams.

I have requested Reolink to include username, timestamp, source IP and logging duration as a list which cannot be erased through reboots and restore. I have asked for any changes the user does. In my application which I have developed in the past I used to add this as a table and grant access to the admin. Cameras should have their security measure too.

@user_966112798003396_966112798003396 Try to use your Home WIFI and check you have the latest firmware. Check their download center.

The HH pings the camera at regular intervals and if it doesn't receive a reply it will mark the camera as unreachable and sends an alert. So the issue is WIFI related or the camera is in deep sleep (battery).

@kimchigun It only supports the professional models. You need to ask the admin. I am a customer like you.

Older RLC cams have better audio. We told them to improve it and add gain control to the mic cct.

@reolink-alyson Any plans to have these implemented on older models such as the RLC-811, TrackMix, etc. And when the Home Hub Pro shall be upgraded to have these smart detections available?

Any info on how the heat map works? Perhaps some videos we can watch.
