@markarron9_504005354344625 First detection, identifying the object and then check whether the spot light can be switched on for the detected object. But this process is carried out in less than 2s. However, to get the exact timing you may email Reolink support and also include your suggestion.
@crashed-n-burned_319010346270934 The cameras have the be in the same network as the NVR. So you have
So you have DHCP running on both the ATT modem, TP router and NVR (leave it auto). Disable the TP link DHCP and check again. Otherwise unplug the cable from POE switch to ATT modem and connect it to your TP router.
@blaise Did you change the WIFI configuration on the router like the SSID and password? If it is not a battery operated can you switch it off and on? Can you check the status of the small LED on the front? Is it blue/red/blinking? If you know the UID (from the info menu.....9527000.......) then delete it from application and add it again.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 Therefore I suggest you to make Reolink support aware of. Submit a request for clarification on https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@user_732206642348249_732206642348249 There is no alarm delay on RLC-520A? Please email support and see if they are willing to add it in a beta version
@lutzfechner_568138761842913 To ensure you have the most recent fw version, I suggest you to email Reolink support. They shall answer you within 24 hours. Did you try to install the client on an other PC? Which Windows version are you running? Are you running the client on the same network as the camera? If it works on Android then there is an issue on the Win environement.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 I have battery cameras and when plugged to the solar panel they shows 100%. If I unplugged it, the display shows 92%. I think that there is something wrong in the computational routine. I wouldn't care at all unless the level is less than 60%.
@tejo_294954288566415 Unfortunately I don't use the cloud account. Kindly continue to pester the support. They will definitely help you.
@wswelstar_472433940881557 You're welcome Bro. Hope they clear the issue most customers are encountering.
@franck-danard_535946363461832 Frank the issue is that this client requires a DirectX9 dll. You need to install or repair DirectX. So you have connected and audio but no video.Try to get DirectX_Repair(Enhanced_Edition)-Eng.zip
@john_350143387672724 Correct. It's available in Reolink Download Center.
@user_732141325009107_732141325009107 Go to system/user management. Here you shall see the IP(s) of the devices logged on the camera. No timestamp.I have requested Reolink to log the last 20 users with username, IP and duration. And this data can only be erased by a hard reset ONLY.
@alessio-ale_307130782011555 I am running v8.12.1 since it has been released and have no issue to monitor 8 WIFI Reolink cameras. However, I do not know its behaviour when the number of cameras increase to 15 or more. Have you contacted Reolink support?
@m_12_327023508676743 You need to install it.
@daniele-francesconi_370190851416246 No update so far.
@user_727238878437606_727238878437606 To keep the colour mode for a longer period then you need to adjust the switching threshold to the right (+50). This threshold varies between -50 and +50. To keep the black and white longer than you need to adjust it to the left.
@issom So they have upgraded the fw and now it is tracking both vertical and horizontal right? I will check the download center and if available I will apply it on mine Trackmix. Thanks a lot.
@user_645225041588230_645225041588230 I think Reolink has to check whether the processor is able to manage to high temperature. Have seen a number of complaints.
@user_645225041588230_645225041588230 I suggest you to email Reolink support.
@skart_724884987424897 It's the password you have assigned when setting up the camera. If you have forgotten it then reset the camera and start again. Note that if you have more than 1 camera connected directly to the NVR, then from the NVR side you either share all the cameras or none at all.
