@marian-siczek_715086104985814 It is very difficult to know what has happened. Any errors displayed?
@decko999_126212170571978 So from 8.8.5 you upgraded to 8.12.1? And what Windows are you running? Is it 32 or 64 bit? Versions 8.12.1 is 64 bit client.
@gabor_429558920413430 Grouping is not yet available on Reolink clients.
@bamainark_709557840093322 There is a good comparison between the two cams on reddit. Check out this link https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/syncpm/rlc1212a_quick_review_and_sidebyside_comparison/
@janser-dienstleistungen-gmbh_257000373518575 For battery operated cameras you have only one user, the admin.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 So you are unable to connect to the 4 cameras. Have you checked the cables? Did you check the LEDs on the ethernet port?
@user_695772135645400_695772135645400 Ensure that the Audio (Red very good sign) is enabled for each camera as illustrated in the diagram I included in my previous comment.I assume that the mic on the PC is ok.
@user_695772135645400_695772135645400 Yes, you seem to have the most updated known versions. Did you check the audio inn both directions for a recorded clip? Try to go to the audio and move the slider to the left and up again. If you have HDR do the same.Don't forget to open a ticket with support.Have a look at the first video in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000604743-How-to-Enable-Audio-for-Recording-and-Live-Viewing-on-POE-NVR/
@john_56093788144 Add 1s or 2s in the alarm delay setting (under Alarm Settings) and check again.
@user_695772135645400_695772135645400 I suggest you to email Reolink support as they may have a more updated version despite this is the one which is shown in the download center. If you record a clip, is the audio at the correct level in both directions? Try to set the noise reduction halfway. I guess you have connected the cameras to the POE ports of the NVR rather than to a POE switch in which case you can connect directly to the cameras and check it out.
@user_724016330887410_724016330887410 Whatever you have installed, dxdiag gives the most recent one on your machine which is 12. Run the client and if there will be a video issue then install DirectX9.
@reolink-lorenz These panoramic cameras are really marvelous. What I wish to see is to have full screen in view mode and having a stronger mounting.
@nanuk_703854712033447 Thanks for the information provided. And before you upgraded to v8.12.1 you were running which version? Did you check whether your NVR has the newest firmware? You can check this from Reolink download Center.Kindly open a ticket with support.
@nanuk_703854712033447 This means that the client is not checking whether the DirectX9 is installed or not.@lorenz Kindly check with dev team whether client checks whether DirectX9 is installed before prompting customers to install it.
@user_695772135645400_695772135645400 Check that the cameras and the NVR have the latest firmware. You can check this from the Reolink Download Center.
@user_720647334826202_720647334826202 Option is available on all AI cameras. But some customers ought to activate everything.
@nanuk_703854712033447 And thereafter was OK for all cameras?
@decko999_126212170571978 Is your computer running the Reolink client connected to same network to which the cameras are connected to? When the issue is happening can you let us know the CPU/memory usage using the task manager?
@bob Wireshark is a good tool to troubleshoot. Are you sure that it is the issue? Did you try to remove tls as a test? You can import cert. You need the pem and the key. Enable https and it will ask you to import cert. It uses tlsv1.2.
