@user_721709091299492_721709091299492 Normally they use TCP when the client is connected on the same network as the camera and UDP if the client is connected to an external network. In your case it should be RTSP over UDP on your Android appl.
@reolink_0984_633827804586074 I didn't encounter that as I rarely power cycle the smartphones. Yes, you are absolutely correct. Maybe they change it to be more secured just in case one loses the smartphone. I will ask support.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 They removed the dumping of the log file. I was referring to any prompts showing any error.....such network error, failed to connect, etc.
@romu Have you set a horizontal range? I didn't come across similar complaint on the Trackmix model. Continue liaising with support.
@user_723410432204934_723410432204934 Which client version are you running? To change the stream, right click on the view window and select Fluent/Balanced/Clear.
@jim_391802144162039 Did you install DirectX package included with the client or the one downloaded from MS? I suggest you to email support.
@bagend_616494911623273 Email support and they will provide the appropriate firmware.
@reolink_0984_633827804586074 I think this is the login for the cloud. I did enter the cloud credentials and then it didn't appear again.
@guy-fauquembergue_465262638846193 I have the WIFI TrackMix and I did a test. Push notification was not sent outside the time window. Kindly check whether you have the most updated firmware. Go to Reolink download center.
@maro Correct. When in dual view the streams are rather in balanced mode and you cannot change them to clear mode. I do not know whether this is a hw limitation or a decision taken by Reolink development team. But individually the recorded clips are at the selected high resolution and 25fps (during daylight) as during the night it may go down to 15fps. I propose you to do a request to Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@janser-dienstleistungen-gmbh_257000373518575 He can also opt to buy a 4G/WIFI router like solapv(dot)com/product/solar-4g-wifi-router/ and have WIFI cameras. But if 2 cameras are required then better to opt for 4G cameras with multi-sim subscription. Note that we cannot add links.
@user_720647334826202_720647334826202 Under recording and push/email notification disable any motion.
@geopisteur_560746898723094 Just for a test. Delete the second copy of the local NVR and disable 'Add Devices Automatically' from the application menu (Upper right hand). Close the client and re-run it.If you connect the PC to the network where you have the second NVR, will the other NVR shows twice?
@tractor8n_538016519962872 Kindly send your request to Reolink support. Click on https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@romu I don't have this issue of guard position deviation. Check that your firmware is v.3.0.0.1817.
@pereira_677739991077055 Kindly send your request to Reolink support too. Click on https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 It is very difficult to know what has happened. Any errors displayed?
@decko999_126212170571978 So from 8.8.5 you upgraded to 8.12.1? And what Windows are you running? Is it 32 or 64 bit? Versions 8.12.1 is 64 bit client.
@gabor_429558920413430 Grouping is not yet available on Reolink clients.
@bamainark_709557840093322 There is a good comparison between the two cams on reddit. Check out this link https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/syncpm/rlc1212a_quick_review_and_sidebyside_comparison/
