@big_ted I wrote to senior support and so far no action has been taken. All their websites, documentation and APIs have to be constantly updated and available to their customers. This will definitely offload emails from support. For instance every 2 to 3 months I ask for any newer firmware for each model. They need to act quickly and efficiently in every aspect.

Its a good camera but if you shall be using it to track objects then be aware that sometimes it doesn't return to its configured guard position. I got this issue on Trackmix, E1 Zoom and E1 OD. This has been reported by a number of customers in the community and at reddit.

@susielwilson53_456869314953373 Extract the SIM from the camera and insert it in your smartphone. Ensure you add the APN correctly and check you access the internet and able to watch a video on you tube. Ensure you are on 4G/4G+. Ensure that you are using this SIM if you have insert it in a dual SIM smartphone.

If this is fine then insert the SIM and reset the camera. Initialise it and ensure that the camera is in a location with 4G/4G+ coverage. If it handover to 3G/HSPA then you will experience issues in connectivity.

@nunyabiz_636996330860561 If you lose the key of the main door how do you get inside (assume you only have the key)? You need to reset the camera. You should have saved the credentials in a password manager.

@corky_737880191164642 I don't have this particular model. But I have a number of models. For eg in Trackmix I disabled the any motion and activated person, vehicle and pet and did include a non-detection zone. It works perfect. Similarly for RLC-511WA and E1 OD Pro. I do not use any motion on any of the cameras.
