@clashtv111_690499181482713 The firmware of your cameras is the newest. I suspect that there might be an upgrade for the NVR in which case you have to email support. Can you switch off DHCP from NVR and use static IPs on the camera? Just for testing. Does the kit came with small ethernet cables? If so can you use them.
@clashtv111_690499181482713 As long as you kept it straight then it shouldn't be an issue. Normally it should be orange-white, orange, green-white, blue, blue-white, green, brown-white, brown. They are ordered from the pin one slot to the pin eight slot. I assume that the NVR is connected to the BB router. So check each cable by connecting your PC LAN port to the BB ethernet port and see that you are able to reach the Internet. Connect one by one and restart the NVR to ensure it is fine. I guess you are using the DHCP of the NVR in which case the assigned IPs are in the range 192.16.X.X. The NVR will get its IP from the BB router which is different. In your setup you will never communicate directly with each camera but only through the NVR.
@jamie_541521883517131 I suggest you to email support to investigate. Please provide the cams models and their hw/fw version together with the NVR fw version. If you have screenshots that would certainly help them.Indeed after an upgrade the previous configuration should not be changed. In such cases logs definitely help to identify what went wrong.
@clashtv111_690499181482713 So you have a kit and that would mean that the cameras have no UID and can only work with the NVR. Can you connect to the NVR using a monitor/keyboard and then unplug the connection between the NVR and the router. Restart the NVR and see if you get all the cameras. Let start with this test.
@reolink-lorenz If you have a beta version and you want us to test, feel free to either email it or add its url. We are here to support you.You can add a different sound in the push message notification forwarded to the smartphone. But in my opinion people prefer to have a call and able to answer it and talk to the visitor as is being done by your competitors. This should be the final objective.
@mikkel-aronsen_690542682833278 So what is your upload speed on your BB router? For 4K cams you need to have at least 25Mbps upload. If your smartphone is on 4G this is not an issue at all but forget HSPA (3G Packet Data).
@reolink-lorenz Any date when this shall be available. It should not take time unless other features are added.
@victoria_627138625310723 So it is specific to your environment. Would you consider installing the DirectX9 libraries and try again? It won't impact your current DirectX11. You can download it from MS.
@victoria_627138625310723 And this is for the case of multi-view. As you can see both the clip and the ptz icons are included.
@victoria_627138625310723 I have them as illustrated below on v8.12
@ramms_119 Totally in agreement. I have been leading a team of programmers and we share the project (code) in real time. We rigorously test the application before releasing it to ensure that existing and new functions work as expected. We used to dedicate substantial time in testing but it really paid off. Excellent reputation and trust.Sharing code among developers has many benefits, including time and money saved and increased innovation. There are so many tools out there to choose from.
@kacpero_151487646179508 Maybe they removed it. Try to email support.
@sdeweb31_707475180433633 I know. Note that I am a customer like you.
@sdeweb31_707475180433633 Good. I have seen comments written by customers who have added such a chime. Thanks.Reolink should manufacture additional chimes and make them available in their store.
@user_721949733916897_721949733916897 Could it be that the previous video has exceeded the 5 min duration? If it is motion then the motion icon should be added and not timer. I suggest you to email Reolink support for further clarification. I don't use any motion detection type on any of my cameras.
@mirlus_722020426842335 You can log on the BB router and change the SSID and password to the ones you had before.
@pdownes2001_384636162646205 It was simple and so our cerebellum ignores to think. Had it be so complex then it will kick in :). Now you know it. Enjoy.
@rageykiwi_622687856689222 Hurray............. Imagine I developed the software myself :). I no longer do this job anymore.... I miss C++ and customers.
@reolink-lorenz I was running the v4.38.0.5 before upgrading. I reported this when Reolink released v4.38.0.4. See our comments at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6088/reolink-app-v4-38-released-enhance-time-lapse-function-added-preview-page-light-mode?post_id=23291
@tomselbyuk_331910860959874 This client uses old DirectX9 libraries. It will not do any harm in adding it. The DirectX11 libraries will not be overwritten. Otherwise email Reolink support.
