@campcam_488432990896341 First ensure that the camera has the latest firmware. You can check this in Reolink Download Center website. There is a drop down list of all the models. In the auto tracking there is the horizontal range. Did you try to limit the range to cover your area of interest?
@user_721929311629444_721929311629444 If the camera is in service you can get the UID from the INFO menu or you can get it from the qr code you have scanned in your mobile during installation. Otherwise you need to email support and provide the invoice of the purchase. Maybe they have it assigned to the UID of the camera.

@axel_92_537601962713277 It will send a push message notification to your smartphone if enabled. Calling smartphone is not yet available on Reolink doorbell.
@reolink-lorenz Once again we have the issue of the notification sound. It is taking the default notification sound and not the one selected. Please ask dev team to fix it and provide an updated client.
@reolink-lorenz In some countries 4G coverage is by far less than the 3G. The issue is if the camera is on the LAC/TAG border where there will be 3G/4G handovers. Moreover other competitors have this option. Anyhow it's a company strategy.
