@qualitystreet360_438079762100362 It seems to me that there was no sufficient current to power up all the cameras. It could be a short somewhere or one of the cameras consuming excessive current. As for voltage drop, 60 meters of 24AWG has a resistance of about 5 ohms. 500 mA will drop 2.5V over that distance. You also have to consider that the current has a return path, so that's 2.5V drop in each of the positive and negative legs, 5V drop total.
@jonp363_688646753755288 Ensure that all entities are on the same subnet and that the main router has only the DHCP enabled.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 This has been suggested to Reolink for quite some time by a number of customers. So far I didn't hear anything.
@reolink_349195110404230 Indeed they need to improve the clients across all platforms and add more features without impacting current functionality. Yes, the clients should be stable and robust.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 Thanks for the update. Appreciated. Definitely this scenario has not been tested by the programmer. But that would mean that you are now GMT + 2. The issue is even with E1 OD?
@user_605010745700370_605010745700370 Good to hear it.
@delgado-s-it-solutions-llc_685191490785496 If you have the RLN-36 then use the external i/o ports. Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/9058739003161-How-to-Set-up-Alarm-In-Out-on-NVR/?gclid=CjwKCAjwzo2mBhAUEiwAf7wjkmFG3F8FQufSFrxbKWlX2o62PLT7rNp1T8aCmRX5S-F4Ve2S-gPBFxoC2GkQAvD_BwE
@megiddo_104203925459117 You need to install DirectX9. Either contact Reolink support to give you the tool or else download it and install.
@l81ker_648302669738095 Check these out.
@theriddleofthesands_688744650887301 I presume you have followed the instructions depicted in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008584054-How-to-Bind-Reolink-Cameras-to-the-Existing-Cloud-Account/Ensure that your camera model is in the list of cameras which can be bound to the cloud.
@paul_321739826311380 The 3.2W solar provides a charging current of 530mA and the 6W panel provides 960mA. I think there is a current limit which is shutting down the charging. Is there a way to move it another 4.5m (add an extension) away to have more sunlight?
@user_719363859189948_719363859189948 I stated 10VA. The most important that the secondary is able to provide a voltage of at least 12V. Depends on the AWG of the wire which shall lead to further voltage drop. Yeah that's telephone drop wire. BT........... I have been invited by BT and had dinner at the revolving restaurant. It was fantastic.
@james-jenner_683177101791235 You have it since midnight but you can scroll the red indicator (on Android) on the time scale. I do not have an issue. Perhaps what can be done is to point to the last recorded clip and move backward.@lorenz Can you please ask the dev team to see if they can point to the last recorded clip when playback is selected?
@martinist829_445588003520745 you need to upgrade to AI camera.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 Not an issue at all. If you want you can email support and they provide you with a tool.
@reolink-lorenz Therefore please take it up with development team to remove 'others' from the detection zone. Painting all is like removing it from recording altogether. Thanks.
@dpbasti_318148249424117 It all depends on the dev team acquired knowledge and skills.If one wants to write commercial applications, but don’t like to pay for developers licenses, go for wxWidgets.If one knows MFC, go for wxWidgets.If one knows WPF/XAML then QML should not be too hard.If one wants a mature and easy framework that is quite well documented and has a great cross platform IDE (QtCreator), go for Qt.The fact that it uses a metaobject compiler adds a bit of complexity to the build process and is just kind of ugly on an aesthetic level. People who write C++ like me loves C++ (I started programming in C++ since 1995 and never opted for another one). They don't want to write to some third-party extension to C++; that is, think of the vitriol we see when Microsoft designs frameworks like this.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 Directx9 is missing on your machine. You may email Reolink support to provide you a tool to install DirectX9 or you install it by yourself.
@user_718073833693360_718073833693360 You are right, paint and erase don't appear in the Others Zone. I have Argus 3 and I mostly use the AI and don't use any motion to avoid false alerts. I suggest you to email Reolink support on this.
@ldiciolla_711600280387832 This has been done purposely so that guest won't be able to switch it on and listen to you. I would certainly leave it to the administrator whether the mic shall be available or not to the guests. Kindly forward your request to Reolink support.
