@freeman_705005673685206 This is indeed a good suggestion. So this shall somehow rely on push notifications which on its arrival the application shall register the event together with the timestamp. The issue I can see is the limitation of the number of push notifications per application on Android which is limited to 24. Thereafter any further push notifications are rejected. Can you elaborate how it works on the other client? Please submit a request to Reolink support.
@nic-willcocks_67438631916765 This has been fixed in v8.11 which shall shortly be made available to the general public. Controls in the new version have been moved to a tool bar beneath the view window and the calendar issue fixed too.
@reb1000_674333231243424 It depends on if the cameras are standalone or directly connected to your NVR. If your cameras are connected to a switch then it is fairly easy. Just create another account (non-battery operated cams allow two level of accounts, admin and user with the latter having limited privileges) and provide the UID to the shared user. If, however, your cameras are connected directly to the NVR then there is no way to share particular cameras.
@avtsuk_301059846402187 Email Reolink support and they will provide.
@user_706039939829980_706039939829980 The angle of rotation is not part of the parameter set of PtzCtrl and is not available. What you can do is to set 64 presets and move to the desired ones.
@160334357029011 I am on v8.10.4 and I have no issues. But yes a number of customers encountered issues when installing this version as a new client or as an upgrade from 8.8.5. However, if you are fine with 8.8.5 then wait for the v.8.11.x which is being tested out. We hope that most of the issues are sorted out.

@gohigher_705217548042448 If you have a WIFI BB router then I suggest you to try to connect the smartphone to the same WIFI of the camera and check it out.
@nomahisssss_477125106348271 Object tagging which triggered detection is not yet implemented on Reolink. Customers are looking for it.

@vkarkalis_322115437334752 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000641926-A-Brief-Introduction-to-Reolink-Cloud/Your model is not yet in the list of supported cameras.
@davidandrewpowell81_526149738635440 Correct and they have introduced a scheduler on the sensitivity but has been restricted to motion. This should have been extended to cover all object types. There are still issues with IOT and clear stream views. I forwarded my feedback to senior support and hope they clear them before this is launched to the public.

@schanen-lyons_552815606821084 there isn't. What's the distance between the chime and the doorbell? Are there any obstacles such as thick walls in between?
@doug-bethke_312607530848412 Through the Android client get the UID of the camera. Then click on + sign to add a device and enter the UID. You will be prompted to enter the username and password to access camera. You may follow the procedure outlined in the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003548586-How-to-Add-Reolink-Products-to-Reolink-Client/#:~:text=Please%20click%20the%20%22%2B%22%20button,cancel%20and%20feed%20back%20again.
@jgayman01_460536523641031 Take note of its UID and delete it. Then add it using this UID.Which Reolink client are you using?
@js1547_457196343931021 Agree. That's what I used to do when I was a developer. I spent most of the time planning and testing. But today this has changed with most suppliers launching products with inadequate testing.
@user_705200027504800_705200027504800 The operating temp range for Reolink cameras is -10°C~+55°C (14°F~131°F); Humidity: 10%~90%. This may be the reason behind the rebooting. Imagine if you are in countries with ambient temperature reaching 40°C.So you are streaming all the time using both the main and sub streams and you watch it through your browser at the same time. It would be interesting to have a graph depicting the processing load. I do agree with you. As long as this is available and there is no limitations or restriction stated by the supplier, it should deliver it without any issue. As a test would you consider having a fan pointing to the camera and check that it won't restart. It would be nice to measure the temp at regular intervals. You are dong a good job mate. This is what I do when conducting acceptance testing of big system like a Mobile Switching Centres, IMS, etc.
@avtsuk_301059846402187 If they are still under warranty and the fault is a corrupted folder then they should be replaced. Perhaps you pay the shipment. Take it up with the main support center and emailed them at support(at)reolink(dot)com. Replace (at) with @ an (dot) with . as we cannot insert links/emails in this site. There is no consumer protection in the UK?
