@jj_438212288213125 I suggest you to request this to support. Never came across such a scenario.
@ph38 You need to have direct access to the camera. Connect the cameras through a POE switch and connected to router.
@user_720859245928586_720859245928586 If you have connected the Trackmix directly through the NVR then you can only view it through the NVR. To view it directly then you need to connect it to a POE switch which is in turn connected to the router. Even with this setup on Windows Client you still you cannot watch both wide angle and Telescopic at the same time.
@user_721163601440992_721163601440992 You may use the smartphone power adapter. If the LED is orange it indicates charging. And when fully charged it will turn green.
@qualitystreet360_438079762100362 I don't owe any NVR. I record on SDs and transfer the files to an ftp server. You need a DC current clamp meter. I suggest you to email Reolink support and ask them.
@misterger50_606210105405502 The E1 OD is a 5MP camera. Set the clear stream to max resolution, fps, etc. Go to playback and set the mode to CLEAR. Then download a recorded clip and once downloaded right click on the file and select properties. Here you should see the resolution.
@trebor_311830632194187 I suggest you to do the request to Reolink support.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026049414-What-is-Scene-Mode-and-How-to-Set-the-Scene-Mode-for-Your-Cameras-on-Reolink-App/
@lochiel_470803115704506 Thanks. The main reason not having the upgrade prompt is that they have removed it.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 Go to the first camera in the list and drag the screen down. It shall appear on top.
@damo_720489830449280 Since the recent upgrades clicking on the notification takes you to the live view. I am using the Android client. I reported to support for a number of times.
@leeawhite_475558898094213 I am not aware of the v8.12. Has this been provided by support?
@shilts_717044622844124 Good to hear that. I did use both and had no issue. Of course I don't know your configuration :).
@qualitystreet360_438079762100362 It seems to me that there was no sufficient current to power up all the cameras. It could be a short somewhere or one of the cameras consuming excessive current. As for voltage drop, 60 meters of 24AWG has a resistance of about 5 ohms. 500 mA will drop 2.5V over that distance. You also have to consider that the current has a return path, so that's 2.5V drop in each of the positive and negative legs, 5V drop total.
@jonp363_688646753755288 Ensure that all entities are on the same subnet and that the main router has only the DHCP enabled.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 This has been suggested to Reolink for quite some time by a number of customers. So far I didn't hear anything.
@reolink_349195110404230 Indeed they need to improve the clients across all platforms and add more features without impacting current functionality. Yes, the clients should be stable and robust.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 Thanks for the update. Appreciated. Definitely this scenario has not been tested by the programmer. But that would mean that you are now GMT + 2. The issue is even with E1 OD?
@user_605010745700370_605010745700370 Good to hear it.
@delgado-s-it-solutions-llc_685191490785496 If you have the RLN-36 then use the external i/o ports.
