@fishki Get the UID of the cameras which weren't detected and click on the + sign. Add them using the UID. The POE switch allows you to connect to the cameras directly. So now you can watch either through the NVR or directly. This is the best configuration. Note that if you bought some of the units as part of a system then it could be that the cameras have no UID. In this case you need to use fixed IPs.
@user_713403785318571_713403785318571 Try to get it from a trusted company which uses quality copper. The power quoted is the nominal value for the camera.
@catfoodandchips_682864881844645 I just checked some high res clips captured last evening and the fps is in accordance to the one set in each camera. Models considered are RLC-511WA, E1 OD Pro, E1 Zoom Pro and TrackMix. Did you check that you have the newest firmware?
@user_711778512445678_711778512445678 Good point. Can you request support pls?
@tiredude59_526172784513156 Please take it up with support. Email them and attach a video.
@me1092021_511630852985014 Agree. But do you see it in VLC? Both cameras use the same H.265 codec and if you see it on 842 then you should see it on 1224.
@catfoodandchips_682864881844645 Can you change to variable frame rate and check again?
@user_714875695747321_714875695747321 If you are able to reach each location with a CAT6 cable then go for POE cameras. If your router/NVR doesn't support POE then you need to buy a POE switch. And always plan and leave adequate capacity for future expansion. I have the TrackMix WIFI, DUO 2 WIFI and the E1 OD Pro. I recommend you to opt for the TrackMix which is quick, accurate and you have wide angle and telescopic lens together with a spotlight. There is also the DUO 2 WIFI which has a FOV of 170 degrees but the picture is small when viewed through the client. This is my favorite WIFI list based on experience and reviews I read.
@roger_284281242964147 First check or uncheck hardware acceleration first and if this does not help then install DirectX9.
@romina-iwikau_515739345371328 If you are using the push message notification then set the schedule when you wish to be notified. Let the camera records all events but it will notify you in according to the schedule set under push/email notification.
@reolink-lorenz But there is no scheduler for the scene mode. I did request this to senior support. Hope that we will eventually see this implemented together with its status.
@me1092021_511630852985014 Can you install VLC and check again?
@cunt_662434393354277 APN is the Access Point Name which is assigned to your mobile MSISDN (actually IMSI). This is stored in the HLR (HSS for LTE) and when you switch on your smartphone, the smartphone will send this APN to the operator Mobile packet core (MME/SGW/PGW --- assuming your mobile operator has a 4G/NSA 5G core as otherwise for SA 5G the entities will be different). This APN will define the upload and download speed together with the QOS (normally referred to classes). if on Android, go to settings/connections/mobile networks/Access Point Names. If you want the signalling and the flow of the data let me know and I give you a lecture :).
@user_711778512445678_711778512445678 PiP is available on Android client. Click the three dots on the upper right hand corner.
@meika-meiks_380607826911372 I guess you have a 5MP camera. They have fixed the aspect ratio in the multiview but not for the single live view. Kindly send request to support.
@pkkart_249219123806424 I think there is sufficient ambient light which inhibits the switching on of the floodlight. Can you bring it inside the house in a dark room and see if the floodlight is triggered?
@cunt_662434393354277 No setting at all from Reolink client. Ensure you update the apn on your smartphone. If you have access to Internet and you are at least on 4G then you should connect to your cameras.
@nicolae-popa_399309727432938 Have already cited many examples. Search my previous comments. Search for curl
@cunt_662434393354277 Use EE, O2 or VF. All you need is access to the Internet from your smartphone.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 BST is GMT +1 and they should fix it out. Which model do you have? I guess that there are thousands of Reolink customers and this is tgd first time I came across this complain. Personally if this is an issue in am application which I developed then I would certainly admit and fix. Note that clicking on notification icons on the last clients always take you to the live view. We have raised this complaint with support.
