@user_704910494892179_704910494892179 They will shortly release a client upgrade v8.11 and hopefully we expect that such issues don't crop up again. But as I stated in a number of comments I have v8.10.4 on both Windows 10 and 11 and I do not have the issues of the missing control icons. So it must be that this is created by a specific scenario, maybe the upgrade procedure. I know it is frustrating but in your case I will go back to the 32 bit client v8.8.5 until the new one is available.Try to move the mouse slowly where the icons normally appear. See if they come up.

So please send your request on support(at)reolink(dot)com Replace (at) by @ and(dot) by . Sometimes the site restricts us from adding ULR.

@user_704522064679100_704522064679100 Restoring/Resetting the camera will set the parameters to their default factory values with the exception of the WIFI settings. This is done purposely as otherwise you will have to bring down the camera and connect it to the router and set up the WIFI configuration..

@thornton_620874794598455 A42 is working fine. Perhaps you can update the client on this smartphone. On S20fe there is something wrong. Can you install an older version on S20fe? Email Reolink support for an official older android reolink client.
@steve_701706398327000 I do know that detection zone per object type has been implemented on Argus 3 Pro and DUO 2 respectively. I did request that this should be implemented across all the AI models and possible to add a scheduler per object type. This is all software and the routines have already been implemented on other models and so it isn't that difficult (assuming enough memory and processing power) Try to email support and request it. You might opt to record but exclude vehicle from push notification.

@steve_701706398327000 Use detection zone as illustrated in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003638406-How-to-Set-up-Motion-Detection-Area-via-Reolink-Client-New-Client-/I don't have this model so I cannot tell whether it has one global detection zone or a detection zone for each detection type.
