@goldenpeach432_475510997356680 Motion tagging shall be available soon considering the numerous requests sent to Reolink.
@mrbeben_716313180070056 Try to follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008584054-How-to-Bind-Reolink-Cameras-to-the-Existing-Cloud-Account/
@drealine_329342379503810 Yes, we did suggest support to add the backup and restore of configuration file on each cameras. Hope one day we will get it.
@nanuk_703854712033447 Why don't you use Reolink Windows/Android/MAC/Ios client rather than https. To reach the cameras using HTTPS you need to do port forwarding on your main router and assign a unique port for each camera. From the Internet you only see the public IP assigned to your BB router.
@deneumos_530496798220528 I have both the E1 OD ( IPC_523SD8 / v3.1.0.1643_22122400) and the E1 OD Pro ( IPC_560SD88MP / v3.1.0.2099_23042210). I have no issue in reading the recorded clips.The issue is either the micro SD card or the bandwidth. Do you have any issue in watching live view in Clear mode? Go to playback and set the resolution to Fluent and try again. Moreover install the Windows client and try to watch the recorded videos. You can download the video. If you can't download from either Android and Windows client then most probably you have a faulty micro SD. Try to swap the SD with the other one?
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am running 8.11.0 on Windows 10 and 11 and have no issues. However, I did have an issue with the latest version but I sorted it out myself. Version 8.11.0 runs on Win 64bit architecture. I asked them to compile their new application for both 32 and 64 bit OS.
@user_713403785318571_713403785318571 You may use VLC. H.265 not yet support on most browsers.
@user_716592551424198_716592551424198 Good recommendations.
@christian Absolutely Correct. Only self signed certificate is used in HTTPS.
@user_714023666557100_714023666557100 You cannot import any PEM file. Reolink cams use self signed certificate.

@user_711249234510057_711249234510057 You're welcome.
@jm_fort_525559425302685 Again!!. Do you have video or just audio when you installed 8.11.0? Can you enable/disable HW acceleration first and check again? Maybe you need DirectX9.
@user_715933060137180_715933060137180 I think the last firmware for RLC-811A is v3.1.0.989_22051908 but better to email Reolink support to see if they have generated a newer one.
@fishki Then delete the direct ones or the NVR whichever you like.
@user_632093499404336_632093499404336 You can connect it to the NVR. If you do scan and the NVR doesn't find it the add it using its UID. Make sure that the NVR and the camera are on the same network.
@md Despite using the horizontal range the guard position still deviates from the configured position. I have taken up with the support but eventually the issue is still there. So I decided to disable the tracking feature. However, as a customer I can fully understand the other customers frustration. And tracking works well on Trackmix and 823A where I do not think they are using plastic gears.
@user_716104480747703_716104480747703 I do not think this has solely to do with the firmware but rather the gearing mechanism. I do too find my E1 OD Pro facing the wall though the occurrences is far less than the first generation of E1 OD. I disabled the auto tracking and thereafter I had no issue. I did reported to senior support.Howevr, you are absolutely right. It has to function as advertised. Kindly take it up with Reolink support.
@user_711778512445678_711778512445678 On Android it is available but either the wide or Telescopic lens.
