@christian-meneghini_543174703677572 We have already requested this per detection object.
@albummi Currently some of their cameras (DUO 2, Trackmix, etc) have the IFTTT feature to switch on the floodlight and its siren. But the inverse doesn't apply. To achieve this they need to add IFTTT in their floodlight which I think it is not that difficult. I do observed that the sensitivity of the cameras relying on pixel changes per frame aren't that sensitive during the night. And I did ask Reolink to have sensitivity based on a schedule (e.g. 40% during daylight and 50% during the night). Here we give them a lot of brilliant ideas but it takes time to implement. Of course they have their strategy and their priorities.
@glenn_glennsson I just untag 'others' from the Recording and Push Notification and have no issue at all.
@snelling_369913647870160 Customers requested to have their own sound and so Reolink added this feature under the Notification category (Android). It is rather difficult to satisfy all requests but I see this as the most flexible. But as I stated you may ask Reolink support to send you the old sound file.
@shane The export config has been removed from new firmware. And if you export the config I do not think there is the import function. When you click browse, locate a folder on your PC where to save the configuration. Nevertheless there is not much configuration on the cameras unless you have tens of units.
@albummi A flexible IFTTT will do that. So far Reolink IFTTT covers the IoT.
@albummi We have asked for this feature to be integrated within the scene mode for some time now. No date has been provided.

@kevinspires_470015863324826 The doorbell will not call your smartphone but will send a push message notification and/or email. Follow this link on how to enable push notification https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004189214-How-to-Enable-Push-Notifications-on-iOS-and-Android-Phones/
@busywork24_169237310456014 This is nearly 3 years old. Have you checked with Reolink support whether there had been a newer firmware? I have the first generation E1 OD and the guard point deviates every now and then and so I have to manually set it again. Reolink support notified about this hw (gears) problem.
@iamthejody_679232939831426 Can you email Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ ? I don't have the NVR and so I cannot help you.
@bertdebondt_312190272442529 So you are logging on to the cameras from a different network. When you move from cam to cam the stream mode setting is always set to FLUENT. Even if you are on the same camera and you swap between Live and Playback, the stream mode set changes to Fluent irrespective to which mode it has been set. The settings are stored and retrieved correctly if and only if the PC and the cameras are on the same network. I did report it to Reolink support since v8.10.2 but so far this has not been fixed.
@thomas-novin_576390231425578 It has been removed with the new client. Send a request to Reolink support at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/. Maybe they can send you the file.
@georgerenner2_519552405393578 Have a look at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000545363-No-Audio-When-Live-Viewing-via-Reolink-NVR-Reolink-App-Reolink-Client-/
@reolink-fiona Any plans to have SDXC 512GB?
@shane It seems that you are using on old Win client. The save configuration is no longer available on the newer Win clients.
@perkins-tony_647500713214819 This leads us to either a firmware or hw issue. Yes, it could be a leaky buffer which can cause the camera to reboot. Do you have an older firmware to try out?I am not at my other house. I will do the monitoring next week. Once I told them to include uptime but was never implemented.What is the frequency of occurrence? Every day...every other day...You can also check that the camera stops sending messages to the P2P servers to update its public and private IP. Wireshark trace at the egress of the router will show this.
@alvaro2 It also depends on the power output of the router. I have an Argus 3 Pro on 5G and it is at least 17m away from router. I do not have any connectivity issue . That's expected from plastic when exposed to long hours of direct sunlight. I did install an aluminium cover on top of the camera and so far still in original colour.
@frostbrothersinc_340849991696537 Check out this https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004384713-Can-3rd-Party-Cameras-Work-with-Reolink-NVRs/#:~:text=While%20Reolink%20cameras%20are%20perfectly,to%20work%20with%20Reolink%20NVRs.If you use ONVIF they are able to connect but with basic functionality.
@amandier_673833624432655 FDD is Frequency Division Duplexing..... All European support this and FW -- firewall rules......maybe the operator restricts certain traffic (unusual) . Most bands used for LTE in Europe are B3 (1800), B20 (800) and B7 (2600). So the camera having these bands is 100% compatible with LTE implemented across EU countries.
