@user_674239417270288_674239417270288 That's an old firmware. Email Reolink support and quote your hardware version.
@hidara_642318071419425 I don't see any setting which allows you to disable jpeg compression. Maybe you can email Reolink support for further clarification.
@grahamscomputers_73909861070 Try to restore the camera. By restoring, the factory setting will be restored with the exception of the WIFI configuration. Restore can be done from the Android client.
@riprengineer According to its spec, the Argus 2K PT supports up to 128GB SDXC card. It's useless putting a 400GB card. Battery operated cams have to start from cold mode when triggered and it takes some 5 to 8 seconds to receive the push message notification. You need a cam with a wider FOV like the Duo 2 WIFI battery operated cam. Since your preference is for people coming from right to left, can you install the camera along the path in this direction?
@rob_631717169750022 I would leave it BUT I would add the stretch as an option.
@scoop076_459662719299839 Normally each video doorbell cam comes with its chime and so I do not know why you need to have 2 video cams paired to the same chime. I know that to a Reolink Video doorbell you can add 5 chimes but have no knowledge if you are allowed to pair two doorbell to the same chime. Technically it should but don't know the protocol implemented between the chime and the doorbell. Haven't heard of anyone setting it up. I would suggest you to email Reolink support.
@go2town123_536239156383883 I would suggest you to email Reolink support to fix this.
@user_674574676348992_674574676348992 You need to enable Local Launch (Local Activation) permission for logged in user for DCOM Application PerAppRuntimeBroker in Component Services application. Right click on PerAppRuntimeBroker and grant full permission.
@blamaz_553204517843116 The E1 AI Zoom is good choice and would say that I haven't encountered any issue. And it always returns to its programmed guard position and never calibrated.
@md That's what I referred to. I thought there is something else on your 823A camera which I don't have.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Fully in agreement. Should be resolved asap. They should put more resources in testing before launching the application.
@johnc-elec_391500083704034 Did you do any firmware or client upgrades? Did you try to restore one of the camera?
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 For battery operated cameras the resolution is kept while those DC powered cameras the resolution is changed to Fluent as soon as you move away from the camera. This has to be solved asap.
@reolink-fiona So far I didn't encounter any issue on the Android client other than the wish to have back the stretch mode. This seems to be the request of many many customers.
@crimp-on_62210811129 The issue of the resolution occurred because I didn't close the application and re-run it. After I re-run the application the resolution was maintained. So it's fine.
@email_525317533946102 They changed it. On the bottom left hand side there is the resolution button....low or high.............change it to high and then press the download.
@md Apologise for my misunderstanding. I don't have that camera.
@md You mean customised siren announcement. This is still available on the latest version 4.36.0.4.
@crimp-on_62210811129 Yep. You have to upgrade it manually. I already notified support.I cannot understand. I did this many times in my applications.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Correct. When you click on any camera the defaulted Fluent is always selected. Support notified.
