@user_804676946100366_804676946100366 Check this https://m.reolink.com/bg/product/rlc-823a-16x/?gad_source=1You can stream to a website or YouTube.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 Follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013378753-How-to-Enable-Push-Notifications-for-NVR-via-Reolink-App/?gad_source=1Only activate it through NVR and not directly.
@user_804514214613241_804514214613241 Yes, this is another method to have rich notification. However, this requires Linux knowledge. Most people opted for pushover which is quicker to implement.
@user_804585406742681_804585406742681 If you are able to run a cat5/6 cable then opt for a POE camera. Battery cameras detection is based on PIR which has a max range of 10m. And there is no pre-recording when the event is detected. Or you may opt to record 24x7. Think well before purchasing.
@jim_511091434688640 The only setting available under the push notification is the interval time having a max values of 2 min. But it's the aim of the camera to send an alert once the object is within the FOV.
@fxn_329751914586312 Have you added the apn?
@medway-computers_685415553384577 Therefore some firmware as the E1.
@medway-computers_685415553384577 I think this is rather a retail issue. Specs seem identical. Can you check its hw version? If it is IPC_566SD85MP then it uses the same fw as the E1 OD. If in doubt check with their support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@user_804285736358076_804285736358076 This is my personal opinion as a customer. I have their cameras where they haven't released a fw upgrade for years but still working fine. Once they break I will purchase a new ones :).
@user_765071325302969_765071325302969 And if you do the DSL speedtest from your PC, what is the upload speed?https://fiber.google.com/speedtest/
@user_803715548676308_803715548676308 submit your request to support(@)reolink(dot)com
@reolinkshayla 9 if one includes the 8/16MP labels.
@user_765071325302969_765071325302969 Your upload speed is a bit low. Camera starts to forward initial packets over 15Mbps and then stabilises at 8 to 10Mbps (for an 8MP cam). You can see this from the task manager on Windows. Check the WiFi throughput on PC when connecting to the camera. See received bandwidth. Have you tried to view in Fluent mode?
@og These are old NVRs and their hw doesn't support the DUOs models together with the trackmix as detailed in this link.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000602543-Hardware-Version-of-Reolink-NVRs/But if you do not intend to add 8M/12M, DUOs and Trackmix and doorbell then keep them till they become faulty.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 This setting is only applicable if your recording is based on events (alarm tab). When an object is detected, the camera checks whether it needs to be recorded. If after detection there is no activity for 10s (object no longer in FOV) then it starts the post recording timer.Normally max post recording timer is 1 min.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 yes as explained by above member. However you may need to record persons passing by but not alerted by push notification. In this case you need to tag persons under record/schedule. Avoid tagging motion as you will get a lot of useless recordings.
@email_525317533946102 Just one, the Reolink battery Trackmix plus 4G with big solar panel.I have the Argus 3 Pro and Ultra together with DUO 2 battery model and I untag motion detection. Only AI as otherwise I will receive an avalanche of false alarms.
@user_765071325302969_765071325302969 It's the upload speed which is important. Camera is streaming towards your mobile. and if you set the stream to Fluent, would you have the same issue?Which models you have installed?
@user_765071325302969_765071325302969 If there is no issue to access the cameras when being on the home WIFI then the issue seems to be on your broadband bandwidth. What is your upload speed to the ISP?
@ebaruk_673045617504343 Yes, no layer 2. But the switch should remove the VLAN tagging and so it should work.
