@schanen-lyons_552815606821084 You need to unzip the downloaded file and use the .pak file.
@timothy_373498679251097 it can be powered either through a POE interface or a DC power. Maybe the customer has no POE switch or doesn't use Reolink POE NVR.
@tyson-j-murphy_538776502415575 On the E1 Zoom the audio volume was relatively low and sometimes barely hear what one says especially if he/she is a bit far. But this is not the case with E1 OD and the new E1 Zoom AI. Its fairly good.
@seb_526812765704330 Correct. It was working fine on a previous version but now whenever you click on the notification it will take you to the live view. They need to fix it.
@john_350143387672724 Maybe the framework behind the 8.10.x is different from that of 8.8.x. Download of large files was fixed in previous beta version as you correctly stated.

@user_684177945944277_684177945944277 Unscrew one and go to an ironmongery and he will provide you with a box :). You insert the microSD and forget it unless it becomes faulty.
@reolink-fiona Now the resolution settings are being stored and retrieved correctly. As for the application starting time, it seems to be the same as the previous version. As stated we are here to support you and before you launch the client.......put it here and we shall test and provide feedback. Thanks for your support and good work.Performance and resource usage is quite good. I left it in the background for around 3 hours and no freeze. But whenever there is an upgrade.......there is always an omission of a feature :)............ No full screen again. Please put it back.
@user_687840921022640_687840921022640 Go to Alarm Setting and enable Auto Tracking and set the various associated parameters. Should be fairly easy. Moreover email Reolink support to verify whether there is any newer firmware than what you have. Quote your HW and firmware version.
RLC-510A This model does support ONVIF. Go to Network, then Advanced and click SETUP under Server Setting. Activate RTSP (The Protocol) and ONVIF (the Standard). Align the ports with your host.
@kushan-fernando_464713498923236 Try to change the boolean value of hardware acceleration to 'false' in file c:/users/your_username/AppData/Roaming/Reolink/userSettings ............... {"key":"hardware-acceleration","type":"boolean","value":false,"_id":"sSr1ypxxxxxxxxxxp"}. Re-run client.
@user_687215746879682_687215746879682 Any progress?
@user_687590809428209_687590809428209 So no more M2M.......Should be a normal SIM with a data bundle. There is O2, EE (I did testing with this operator) and H3G. As long as they support LTE FDD: B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 or WCDMA: B1/B8 then it should be fine. All you need is the apn...........ensure you type it correctly and no spaces otherwise the MME will reject the IMSI attach.You can calculate the GB based on your requirements (storing to the cloud, low or high resolution live and playback view, the frequency of viewing and the average duration, etc,
@user_682733777735876_682733777735876 So you had a very old firmware then. My recommendation is to send an email to Reolink support and ask if there is any new firmware. I do this for all my cameras every 3months. Sometimes the download center is not updated.But if you have installed Filezilla/Cerberus server on your PC, you would have been able to ftp the files. This issue is not with Reolink cameras only but seen the same issue from other brands. Have no idea what NAS requires..... Maybe a wireshark trace will give some light.
@user_682733777735876_682733777735876 Try to transfer all files to the same directory. If you use FileZilla/Cerberus servers, directories can be created and files transferred from Cameras.
@user_687215746879682_687215746879682 I don't have the RLN36 but this is what I understood from the article. You can use the Alarm In to connect say a PIR, door contact, etc and then associate this Alarm In channel to any of the four Alarm Out channel (which can be the siren). The documentation is not so clear either. Be careful not to apply high voltage as otherwise you will screw the circuitry handling the external alarms. It's an open collector transistor.
@user_686963726000321_686963726000321 Is this Eero 6? I don't recall that any of Reolink cameras support Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) but your router must be backward compatible to handle 802.11a/b/g/n. So it must work. I suggest you to try and change the channel and to use the legacy mode.In order to check that the camera WIFI is fine try to connect it to your smartphone hotspot (use mobile data rather than connecting smartphone to WIFI).
@jim_113753456251131 Most probably a firmware issue. You are the first to report this. If you don't want to exchange it then till they release a new firmware I suggest you to schedule a daily reboot at say 01:00 (Windows client).
@user_687215746879682_687215746879682 The alarm outputs on the NVR are simple relays (I think default to NO but you can set it to NC). They don't provide any power output. The connection diagram above is correct. Use power supply 12V 1A (max). By setting the IP Camera Alarm Schedule (under alarm output), you can associate the camera in the selected channel with the alarm-out channel. Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/9058739003161-How-to-Set-up-Alarm-In-Out-on-NVR/
@user_596985309352025_596985309352025 You just receive "An Alarm from 'name of camera'" with an attachment. I don't think this is possible. Only the client language can be changed.
