@ken_197973053927635 Using the Windows client, log onto the camera you are going to share and select SYSTEM and then USER MANAGEMENT. Click on add USER and you are prompted to add the user credentials. Select USER type as USER and not ADMIN. This is for you to have full access to the camera. When you are on the camera go to INFO and take note of the UID (I guess you have enabled it as it gives you remote access to the camera),Then ask your friend to install the client and there is a + sign to add camera. Click on it and you are prompted to enter the UID and then once entered and you click OK, the client tries to communicate with the camera and here he is prompted to enter the credentials.....i.e. username and password.
@ken_197973053927635 Create another account as guest. Keep the admin to yourself.
@jcmelchert_886275826479285 Check NVR version against the list provided at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/16279637037081/And ensure you have the newest fw .... go to Reolink Download Center.
@user_684656311869595_684656311869595 Maybe these cameras were part of a kit in which case they don't have UID. Thence you cannot connect to them remotely.
@chopstix_887064913674433 Put devices accessing cameras and the cameras themselves on same vlan. Otherwise media flows through AWS/Azure P2P servers. This is their design which I don't concur with.
@varney_859118421213373 IR reflection from the wall. Move it a bit to the right.
@user_806105018958032_806105018958032 I haven't seen any document related to the webhook they announced. Try support.
@taimo-juhanson_453586972909750 you're welcome.
@user_884734665736402_884734665736402 Did you report it to support?
@ratstylz-reo_857440064061582 Which version are you running?
@tom_53156095549 Uh 7 years ago. At that time there was no Alexia :). Well I have been asking for IFTTT, matter and MQTT since then and still none of these has been implemented. It seems that these are not in their priority list.
@tarsha_363482441523391 It is rather difficult to accommodate everyone. My preference is name of camera followed by start and end time of recording. However, you may submit your complain to support on support @ reolink. com
@taimo-juhanson_453586972909750 can you try to do the changes from Windows client to see if this is an Android client issue? Which client are you running on your smartphone?
@antónio-rosa_64256460041 technically we say power supply adapter. The size of the pin for E1 series is Φ2.5*R0.7 with a 9mm protruding core.
@antónio-rosa_64256460041 For the E1 Pro it is 5V@1A DC. See specs in https://m.reolink.com/product/e1-pro/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAlsy5BhDeARIsABRc6ZuYrPCrBn-XapYdPVmGYHly91nmwOh_STFL6XrAwmAqfrOqY8E8WTEaAsRqEALw_wcB
@martin_870571019083950 Did you upgrade the cameras? Did you made any changes to the router?What is the error in English?
@vigy_591093180735512 This is stated in all communities that the best way to be heard is to email support. And the more requests they receive for a specific feature the higher the probability we see it implemented.
@goldbrick9_479254677577960 Insert it in the camera unformatted. Then go to device info/storage and click on format.
@markjforte_243522996035718 It is suggested that these requests be submitted to support on support @ reolink . com. I don't think the dev teams see all our comments.
