@david-g_50643102680 Depends which camera you have? In TrackMix and E1 OD Pro there is the horizontal tracking range.
@altcreative_378576464031892 Submit your request on https://support.reolink.com/requests/. I don't use the IOS.
@user_759118822383786_759118822383786 It's abnormal. Are you using the DC power adapter or you are powering it from the transformer of the previous doorbell?
@user_762883203571916_762883203571916 Most probably it is the SD. I had this issue with one of my Argus 2 and I replaced the SD and it started to record again. Do you have a spare one even 1GB? I use Samsung Evo plus.
@hapklaar_532261770788997 Most probably it is getting hot and is exceeding the allowed engineering values. Subsequently it will reboot. Would you be able to measure the temperature from the outside?
@reolink-gunther_761213893607648 This was already raised and customers rolled back. Submit your complaint to support.
@user_751391348437122_751391348437122 I suggest you to submit your request to support. The more requests they have the higher the probability of being implemented.
@nomahisssss_477125106348271 See my article at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6925/pc-client-v8-14-0/5?post_id=26768&_=1700744157819
@user_586393761550408_586393761550408 I have seen customers pairing Kerui-M52 which can be purchased from Amazon. Moreover if you want to add your existing chime then follow this video https://www.google.com/search?q=you+tube+adding+existing+chime+to+reolink+doorbell&rlz=1C1KNTJ_enMT1058MT1058&oq=you+tube+adding+existing+chime+to+reolink+doorbell&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIGCAEQRRhA0gEKMTUwODNqMGoxNagCALACAA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#kpvalbx=_cExfZdL1BO6lkdUPv9umwA4_35Note that Reolink doorbell can be paired to 5 chimes.

@taz_205388671676619 That's very old. There is a site which archives the firmware of Reolink cams. Check this link https://[censored]/AT0myks/reolink-fw-archive
@user_751391348437122_751391348437122 Scene feature is only available on the Android/Ios applications.
@bod_747389899809023 You need to upgrade the fw of the first one to v3.1.0.2109_23051509 . The second RLC811 is part of a system. That's why they are different and most probably you cannot use it as a standalone as the first one.
@dubster5_327288850321542 Check that the fw of your RLC511W with hw IPC_51516M5M is v3.0.0.2356_23062004. If not got to Reolink download center, download it and upgrade your camera through the Windows client. Should be very simple.
@cédric_756173795434660 At the same time submit your complaint too on https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@user_759118822383786_759118822383786 Latest Android client is 4.41.0.4. Upgrade it through google play.
@user_761534107492590_761534107492590 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000627703-Which-Default-Ports-Used-by-Reolink-Cameras-Should-be-Allowed-to-Go-through-the-Firewall/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA6vaqBhCbARIsACF9M6mDO2xYjr8f22ljLDPXbuTm_5y4Ck-e84RSBy6IxOR5SM-L7LhjeM8aAj8xEALw_wcB
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 They are using the service of Azure/AWS for the P2P Relay server and so they are paying for the bandwidth. Media will be flowing through these servers when connected to the camera from an external network. If you are interested in some reading, I answered some queries to a member at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6482/is-there-a-data-limit-with-the-reolink-app?post_id=24975&_=1700666622891To set up DDNS follow this link https://reolink.com/blog/how-to-set-up-ddns-for-ip-cameras/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA6vaqBhCbARIsACF9M6nbtpHOPH5-h9qYO3p7B8B8v5oT1r-YfpfV39SQmj47fFYDAJmIQtMaAhwTEALw_wcB
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Oh you are referring to the scenario when viewing the cameras from a network other than that to which the cameras are connected to. Under this scenario they use the service of 3rd party to relay the media between the client and the cameras. To eliminate this you may think to use the DDNS.
