@user_732475412443337_732475412443337 I just tried it on my E1 OD Pro and RLC-511WA and it works on both. You have an error in username. Check the credentials. [ { "cmd" : "SetWhiteLed", "code" : 0, "value" : { "rspCode" : 200 } }]Never have the username and password the same. Have a strong password. If someone gets your UID he can easily access your camera.
@dio1975 Yes, RLC-811WA is available as illustrated at https://reolink.com/fi/product/rlc-811wa/?attribute_pa_version=1-pack&lang=en&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiApOyqBhDlARIsAGfnyMohx98tusfTZMwd2ZoGrnqpp2Ekf7HIhKqmYCYXxu7rPbbNRU5UXUwaAo9fEALw_wcBRLC811WA costs 180 Euro. RLC-511WA is no longer upgraded and it doesn't have animal detections, just person and vehicle. But it works well. Who imports it in UK? Can you buy it directly from Reolink like what I do? I miss Cambridge
@dio1975_457190256263392 In this universe nothing is forever. Even diamonds are not forever . The days have gone when one used to buy items which last years and you find spares for tens of years. I saw a contract where a supplier was bound to provide spares for 20 years from the contract was signed. Today you won't get 5 years.You will get acquainted and maybe you change your mind. I have the RLC511WA and it's really good. Need to get an RLC811WA and compare.
@mark-santangelo_755888278470908 There is no such feature.

@user_759144541978850_759144541978850 Can you capture a trace and check why the file is not being transmitted? You can also verify it yourself by installing the freeware Cerberus FTP server on your PC and see that the mp4 file is ftped correctly.
@tinchotommy_222364008116413 Connect all cameras to POE switch and connect its uplink to the router. Then connect the NVR to the router or POE switch. In this way you can access the cameras directlly through the POE switch and also through the NVR. There are certain features which cannot be done through the NVR. Suppose you want to grant access camera 2 to someone else. From the NVR you cannot do it. Either to all or none. Upgrading is more easier too. Individual emails. If NVR is broken for some reason or another you can still access to the cameras. Don't forget to have a reduandant recording backup like FTP server or on SD installed in each camera. Maybe a UPS powering both the POE switch and the NVR.
@user_588179964772410_588179964772410 Is the UID enabled on the camera?

@user_760447807074536_760447807074536 Excellent. Sip some good wine and enjoy the recordings :).
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 You can download the files on your PC. But it takes some time. When SD is mounted on camera you can only play the recorded videos with their Windows/Android client.
@user_760471719375079_760471719375079 This is fairly easy. Change IP and credentials. I have no time to test it :).Switch ON:curl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"SetWhiteLed\",\"param\": {\"WhiteLed\": {\"bright\":100,\"channel\":0,\"mode\":1,\"state\": 1}}}]" "https://192.168.X.YY/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=SetWhiteLed&user=KING&password=ENGINEER"Switch OFF:curl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"SetWhiteLed\",\"param\": {\"WhiteLed\": {\"bright\":100,\"channel\":0,\"mode\":1,\"state\": 0}}}]" "https://192.168.X.YY/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=SetWhiteLed&user=KING&password=ENGINEER"
@martin-zihr_324858974884035 Try to disable hw acceleration first. If not then roll back to your previous version until they sort it out. You can contact support.
@user_760447807074536_760447807074536 Of course you can format a 256GB SD to FAT32. But you need a third party application as Windows won't allow you. Do a search for free fat32 SD formatter. There are a lot.
@marian-siczek_715086104985814 Did you check that you have the newest fw on both the cameras and the NVR? You may to submit your complain to https://support.reolink.com/requests/

@merklin_759136768565412 For standalone there is. But have no idea if this is integrated with the camera.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 Lumus still records in H.264 and so you can use any player. VLC is quite good.
