Hi, @hamanjam_462617497706698, if it is the latest firmware, the Flash problem will be sorted in most of the devices. Some web browsers may still not be compatible. You can try the following methods.

It will work better and easier to adjust the parameter.You can try to adjust the Black and White setting to "Auto". If the problem remains, you can adjust the Anti-flicker to 50HZ, other or closed.

Then you can add the camera to the Alexa. In this situation, the video will also record to the NVR. It is not a must to buy the SD card for the camera.We have a plan to integrate Alexa with the NVR.
