You can connect to the Synology as long as the camera and the Synology are in the same network.So the E1 Outdoor can connect to the Synology via wifi.If the camera and Synology are not at the same LAN, you need to port forward the RTSP port and ONVIF sport. @john_350143387672724 Our Client can adapt to the 1920*1080 resolution. You can check if you have changed the Computer Setting<Display setting<Scale and layout on your computer. We recommend the scale and layout set to 100%.
The Argus eco only record when it detects the motion. The camera doesn't support continuous recording. Because it will drain the battery easily if it does that. Our PoE camera and wifi camera(except for the battery wifi camera) support continuous recording.

You can try to check the camera status on the monitor.(2) Change another LAN port on the NVR for these cameras and see the status light of the NVR LAN port. Or change another cable to test.(3) Try to upgrade the firmware of your NVR. You can find the firmware according to the NVR model and hardware version on the download center.
