  • How do you install the weatherproof plug over the Ethernet cable end to attach to the camera? the end is too big to fit thru the plugs hole. the only way i can think of is to cut the end off, feed the cable thru and replace a new end on to the cable. undefined

  • I have a RLC410 with the latest firmware and recently noticed that the clock is out of sync. The clock can slow down 3 to 4 hours per day. If I reboot the cam, the time will sync again. Is that normal?

  • One camera I have will not pass the email test with either gmail or yahoo mail. I set it with it's own email settings and then tried with the exact same email settings as another camera that emails just fine. It still fails the test. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  • Hello, My camera seems to be extremely noisy when in night mode. It looks fine during the day and early evening when the emitters are not on.   • I have the RLC-411 and love it. I have it saving to a hard drive by using the client, which works well. I was hoping to use the android app to view saved files, but it doesn't appear that I can do this by saving files to a computer. Do I need to purchase the NVR for this functionality? Thanks.
