Reolink Android/iOS APP v4.37 Released: Optimize the Live-view UI & Support More New Camera Functions

The new Android/iOS APP v4.37 has been released. This version is mainly to optimize the live view UI and support more functions. You could download the new APP via the Google play store/Apple APP Store.
Note: The APP adopts a grayscale release strategy so that the update time will differ in different regions. Simply meaning that it takes some time to arrive in your app store.

Changelog:
1. Optimized immersive view feature: changed to scale adaptive
APP will auto-adapt to the APP windows in the immersive view. This will remove the black bar in the immersive view.
2. Added the Muti-View Stretch Mode
Videos will auto-stretch to full view in the multi-view display.
3. Fixed the menu at the live-view page and click live-view screen to hide.
4. Added Doorbell Button Sound and Status LED functions for doorbell(need to upgrade to the latest firmware. Download via Download Center – Reolink)
5. Added 5GHz Preferred feature
You can enable this button to allow preferred connection to 5GHz WiFi
6. Support TrackMix LTE Plus: support all its features including “Reolink View Service”
7. Added Audio Reduction function for the TrackMix series
8. Display the WiFi Band on the network information page
9. Added 3D Zoom function for RLC-823A 16X
10. Support RLC-81PA

@reolink-fiona I think you have pointed to the erroneous file in your drive 'reolink_setup_8.10.2.exe'. This is not the Android version 4.37.

Can the stretch mode be extended to single view as it used to be? For instance I still get the 4:3 for E1 OD, RLC-511WA, E1 Zoom, etc. with lot of black areas at both sides. -

@big_ted Yeah so far so good but the stretch mode should be extended to single view not just in case of multiple views. My engineering logic says..if you implemented to multiple then do it for single view.

Hi I have installed new version on my samsung s20 ultra 5g android 13 but app works good but i have lost all reolink push notification dedicated sound. I can choose all sound on my phone but Reolink sounds are not present on my phone. Someone can help me. I don't love these new version because before you can choose all reolink sound directly from the app menu.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Thank you Joseph I'm able to change notifications push sounds on my smartphone, but on my email i have written that i have lost originals Reolink notifications sounds alway present in all Reolink android app version.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Oh....This should be under Notification Category....and the sound is application provided. Yes I recall that the user was able to change it through the application main menu.

So since Reolink supplies these sounds if someone from the company gives me the possibility to download them, I insert them in the phone sounds and then use them in the application thanks

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am away from my cameras and cannot check. Can you try to change it by clicking on Notification Category under Reolink client...go to sound and select another sound and trigger the camera?

@joseph_1979 I have tried with iphone of my wife and in reolink app are present four sound for push notifications: classico forte medio predefinito (italian names of reolink sounds) that on my android menu of the app are disappeared
If i go on my app menu open only system sound of the smartphoen where i can choose all the sounds that i want but not reolink sound -

Yes I know but i talk about reolink sound menu and before thre was 4 reolink sound present on ios menu? Have you seen the screenshot ios that i have publish with four sound original from reolink? I woul like to have agin theese sound

Yes you have implemented but you have cancel reolink's push notifications sound. I konw that if i want now i can also put a song or other to use for push notifications, but i would like also original reolink sound .

I finally received the update. Totally useless. Why isn't the stretch mode on the single camera view as it was before? How doesn't Reolink listen to their customers???
