@reolink-fiona
looks good, however I cannot see an option for the Duo cameras?
unless I just missed it ? -
@big_ted There is no new firmware for the DUO camera now. So you can't find it on the download center currently.
-
I cannot see Hardware Version N3MB01 of RLN8-410(NVR).
-
I've asked this question to support but got a non related answer:
I have a RLC-520, and I download a new firmware it says:
"Firmware for hardware version IPC_515B16M5M
If your model is not listed above or the hardware version of your camera is not the
exact number listed above, please do not upgrade this firmware. If you upgrade wrong
firmware,it may brick your camera."
My camera says IPC_51516M5M without the 'B' in the middle. Can I use this firmware without bricking my camera?

Ipc515bsd6 (e1 zoom) doesn't listed.

@sierraayuso_523849046360230 @mike_540802206654672 @sasuke There is some firmware not listed on the download center because of the data rearrangement. I will ask our colleague to upload them.
-
There is missing firmware for the RLC-410 camera lineup.
You guys only have the new hardware version ( 515B16M5M ) in this new download center but i am needing the firmware update for hardware version ( 51516M5M ). Please upload to the download center as I need to update 2 of my cameras still. -
@trae_11_541484689649846 We need to rearrange the data of the download center. If you are urgent to get the firmware, you can submit a request here and our technical staff will try to send it to you. Submit a request – Reolink Support

I have a NVR RLN8-410-E with firmware v2.0.0.249_20011608101 and client version v1.0.255.
Please tell me the latest firmware to put on my NVR. I'm trying to get my cameras to view again as some type of
adobe error shows up. -

Great edition...we'll download asap.
-
Only the latest version of firmware is posted.
Please also post the firmware of the old version. -
@sasuke Now we only put the latest version firmware on our download center. What firmware do you want? I will try to contact the tech to find the firmware for you.
-
@reolink-fiona Can you please include the latest firmware for the E1 outdoor? Any reason why this has been left out from the drop down list?

Ditto.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 There are several hardware versions for the E1 Oudtdoor, to avoid the wrong upgrade, we don't put it on the download center. If you want to find the latest firmware of the E1 Outdoor, please contact our support team to get it. Submit a request – Reolink Support
-
@reolink-fiona Well all you need to add the HW version and according the selected HW version you show the associated firmware. I have IPC_523SD8. You are already doing this for other cameras like E1 zoom.
-
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I will try to contact the product team about the firmware. We need to have a more secure solution for all the users with different versions. If you need the E1 Outdoor firmware now, you can directly contact our support team to get it. Submit a request – Reolink Support

@reolink-fiona Same for E1 Outdoor, camera not listed, and 811A neither, while 811A I already got updated firmware send to me by e-mail from support. So what's the point of the firmware update page if not all camera's are listed there ? Even if you have none, you might want to list the camera anyway, like duo for instance ?
Stops people from sending in emails about it , don't you think ?
