@reolink-fionalooks good, however I cannot see an option for the Duo cameras?unless I just missed it ?
@big_ted There is no new firmware for the DUO camera now. So you can't find it on the download center currently.
I cannot see Hardware Version N3MB01 of RLN8-410(NVR).
I've asked this question to support but got a non related answer:I have a RLC-520, and I download a new firmware it says:"Firmware for hardware version IPC_515B16M5MIf your model is not listed above or the hardware version of your camera is not theexact number listed above, please do not upgrade this firmware. If you upgrade wrongfirmware,it may brick your camera."My camera says IPC_51516M5M without the 'B' in the middle. Can I use this firmware without bricking my camera?-M

There is missing firmware for the RLC-410 camera lineup.You guys only have the new hardware version ( 515B16M5M ) in this new download center but i am needing the firmware update for hardware version ( 51516M5M ). Please upload to the download center as I need to update 2 of my cameras still.

I have a NVR RLN8-410-E with firmware v22.214.171.124_20011608101 and client version v1.0.255. Please tell me the latest firmware to put on my NVR. I'm trying to get my cameras to view again as some type ofadobe error shows up.

@reolink-fiona Please read my comment.below. I need to update my reolink because I can't do ANY previewing or playbacks at present. I am assuming that is the reason why (see below) my information. If that is NOT the problem, then please advise. All I am able to do at present is view on camera in present time.
I am extremely confused and not good at understanding how to download the latest version of firmware I need. The NVR I have is separate than this computer and am assuming I need a zip file or something of that nature to put the new version in that takes a usb not an sd card. Specs: Hw: H3MB16, Model RLN8-410-E Fw version: v126.96.36.199_19090408101 I downloaded what I thought was right onto this computer, but it looks like it is a set up for putting the cameras on to the computer and didn't want to do it that way. I prefer the moniter and nvr setup seperately from my computer. Please help before I lose my mind. thank you

@reolink-fiona The only options I have is "upgrade from USB or Upgrad PC from USB. So I guess I am looking for an upgrade I can put on a flash drive to insert into the usb slot. All I have been able to find is the RLN8410 no E and H3MB18 not the 16 like I have. Can you get me that one? At present, I can't do any playback. I sure could have used it the other night when I noticed vandalism in my front yard. Thank you
@jsusann1955_585959809814767 Just follow what Fiona suggested. Download the file on your PC and copy it to a USB. Then insert USB to NVR USB port, go to system and click on maintenance tab. Click upgrade from USB and select the file and voila'.Then check the cameras firmware with that of the website and if it is newer download it and apply it to all cameras. This can be achieved either through the NVR or individually using Windows client.

@reolink-fiona your link tells me not to follow the instructions until I have downloaded the update firmware. However, in going to the download center you don't have my firmwear model and such to download and can't be found. You don't give a way we can put our #'s in and get the updates needed. I have asked on here 3 times for you to get me to that correct one, but refuse to answer. You have made it where we can't call you to get the information, so HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET THE UPDATES? When a person spends $100's for equipment, we expect it to last longer than a couple of years or less. I can understand updates, but when you aren't even able to find them for our needs, that's not right AT ALL. W/your customer service sucking the big time, and your equip. not working any longer than it does, do you expect people to buy new updated equip.? Is THAT your strategy? NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. If you can't take care of your customers, going ewith other reliable companies is the ONLY option. THEN our reviews aren't going to be in YOUR favor. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? I will give you until this afternoon to answer, then the reviews WILL begin! You have my inofrmation on my other post.

@reolink-fiona OK, I downloaded it to my PC and the first option failed. So I tried the second option and it went through. However, it did not correct my problem. Istill cannot do any playbacks. WHAT is going to correct this problem? I though the upgrade/update would correct that problem, but it has not. HOW can I get it to playback?

@pawelmwo You need to email support and check it out with them. Maybe one day we will see all firmware at the download centre.

Just checking firmware on my cameras since the auto update feature seems to be a work in progress. My RLC-8223A HW IPC_523128M8MP is at v184.108.40.2069_22051911_v220.127.116.11. In the download center It is showing V18.104.22.1686_22041507. I am going to assume that 22.214.171.1249 is newer than 126.96.36.1996 so in the download center is an older firmware version?
@colovin_541922116624611 Yes it is newer. The newer has been released on 19.05.2022 (989) while the old one has been released on 15.04.2022 (956). And the generation index is higher too.
Hi, i have a IP Camera RLC-510A, i have view my hardware n° IPC_523128M5MP_V2 on my app and the soft say me my firmware is up to date but when i going to download center i have new firmware named : v188.8.131.521_22041567 my actually firmware : v184.108.40.2061_22010700 and i can't update my camera : after i have choose my file downloaded of firmware i confirm and i have error : update failed : failed to identify file format, try again later i have reset my camera but nothing... can you help me please.

RLC-510A - the V2 hardware firmware is not listed. Had to contact Support who provided the firmware.
