@joseph_1979 yes of course. Software is the biggest opportunity for Reolink. We can only keep passing on feedback and hope that it eventually is taken on board.

@reolink-daisy Reolink have done great so far with their hardware. Lets hope this rebranding puts more focus on the software development as this is still where Reolink needs the most improvement.
@reolink-daisy I dont use Mac, but there is a lot of people that will be happy with this.
@reolink-daisy I would also like to add, now there is lots of cameras on the firmware update page, the layout really needs to be improved. Personally I prefer the old dropdown menu for the cameras, but I the current layout is kept, maybe the cameras need to be placed in alphabetical order. Overall this page isnt user friendly...
@joseph_1979 Yeh i do check perodically for all my cams.Battery firmware should be automatically pushed out as most cant be manually updated.
Hopefully the battery versions also get updated, but havent recieved any alerts yet.
@joseph_1979 Soemthing that I have found made a difference with one of our PC's having an issue with a previous client was updating the video codecs. I havent seen any info in support of this or if it should, but we updated to the K-lite codec pack and found that version would load live stream and playback better.
@joseph_1979 I have been passing feedback onto support each update so that the website and client are updated with the latest changelog, just like the app and firmware updates.Its a simple to add really.
