@user_967761955217576_967761955217576 if smart detection is all setup with correct sensitivity, make sure the firmware is the latest which I would email support as sometimes the website isnt showing the latest version.also check that for people detection it is turned on in the recording schedule.
@reolink-alyson looks great.It would also be fantastic if this could be used to support non battery cams in the event of a power outage.
@reolink-alyson Congrats to the winners
@reolink-alyson These certainly have been great cameras. Only thing I wish they had was continuous recording and IR night vision.
@peteintas_654598748397683 Email support each month reminding them it is requested. I do this for anything I have requested until it is done. More that do it, more Reolink will realise a new Mac client is needed.
@user_892968208818306_892968208818306 Support for some cameras get added in with particular versions.Maybe worth emailing support to confirm to oldest version compatible with this camera.
Also thankyou for an actual update with the changes included - https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/29389287899545-Reolink-App-Latest-Version-Released/?_gl=1*12m8qje*_ga*MTEyNTYxMzk0LjE3MjkzODkyNzE.*_ga_KMVBVF6ES5*czE3NDkxNTQ0NjYkbzE5OSRnMSR0MTc0OTE1NDgxOCRqMjUkbDAkaDA.Maybe not always needed to this detail, but every update should have the change list included, whether it is an app, software or firmware.No issues so far on a Galaxy s24 ultra with Android 15.
@denis-kurtini_182280131903643 what version firmware do you have?you can email support and they will send out the newest update to the camera.
@mt_690852594073815 and more people who do the same, more likely Reolink will add to their priority list.
Make sure you also email your requests to support(at)reolink.com msot of the Devs dont monitor the forums
@joseph_1979 on a positive note, I finally got the website updated with the latest version. Finally someone at support that got it done.
@user_915128954822865_915128954822865 also send your request through to Reolink supportsupport at reolink.com
For PC Client version V8.18.12. support advised the below changes and no specific fixes:
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I have no issue with you tagging me, specially since I didnt know about the update until you mentioned it, so thankyou, nor was I calling you out. Im more calling out as a reminder to everyone on the community forum to stay civil and that the moderators dont work for Reolink. It has happened in the past where moderators were targeted for things they have no control over. But that being said, we are all trying to make sure Reolink stays customer focused over profits although it doesnt appear they are at the moment. Hopefully if everyone keeps working together, Reolink will listen.
@reolink-oskar survey done
I think everyone needs to realise, @joseph_1979 and myself, DO NOT WORK FOR REOLINK!. We are moderators, we are trying to help others, we are trying to help make these products better, we reach out to support to get the information that should have already been released so people can make a decision if they want to upgrade or not. Calling us out or names DOES NOT HELP as we are only trying to help!End Rant...
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I have now requested a update/change log for this update and as most of us do, re-requested that the website be updated with the latest version.I dont normally get any early notice of updates, I only post when I do see them. In the case of this update, it was not until I checked the PC client did I get alerted. I dont check everyday!
@swaknight_906877641752711 I have one argus 4 pro doing that, but had only connected it to the hub after the update so wasnt sure. Raise yours with support, but id say they will say to disconnect and reconnect to the hub. Havent yet tried myself.
For those with a Home Hub, Check your firmware update in the App. V3.3.0.387_25040148 was release for the BASE_WUNNT6NA5 Home Hub. Once again there is no update/change list but I have requested and will post when I hear back. Initial check appears added support for the Reolink range extender mesh devices.
@pfurrie_352983526531236 Email to support with the hardware version and your current firmware version and they will let you know if a newer firmware exists. Normally they would push it to your camera or email it out
