@greg_765217682145441 you can also email support and if there is a newer firmware available they will email it to you or push it through to your client/app.
@reolinkshayla We always have ours up before Dec 1st. Kids are always waiting for it...
@joseph_1979 funny that support wont tell me that. I even asked a few days earlier if there as a Beta to test and they said no.but that would explain why the update was pushed through the client. They have said an official release is due soon, hopefully...
@big_ted So official response from support so far is that this update is only a beta, which doesnt make sense since this was published via the pc client and there is no specifc change list so farother then bug fixes and improved performance. So currently unsure whats happening but still working with support.Has anyone else had the update come through?
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 nothing specific, maybe a little bit better accuracy with alert tagging and motion detection, but still testing.
FYI: My doorbell cam firmware jsut updated to v3.0.0.2555 23080702Unsure at present what changes were made and have requested info from support.Update was done through checking in PC ClientWill post here when I hear back.

@crimp-on_62210811129 Yeh, Mine errored each time, so manually updated through the client. I think the update rolls out separatly to each region, so dont think far awayit is now live on the reolink download section.

@sleepwalkingblob_715612230836459 Email support and they will send out the latest version for your camera
This has been asked many times and still needs to be asked again. Can Reolink please put in a process for the firmware update/download page to be update with the latest firmwares (and preferably previous versions)as this is creating massive confusion as to what the latest versions are. Ive got cameras that have been updated 2 or 3 times via updates beingemailed on request and the versions differ drastically to what is on the site. This would also save many of the customer complaints on all media platforms.I have also send this request into support numerous times too.
@markarron9_504005354344625 i get it around cars, push bikes and chairs. Its a Beta so guess they still ironing out the kinks...
@ss4sgoku_239593250332868 Yes they pushed an update through the app.At this stage I believe it only had minor bug fixes included but will update if I find anything else.
Just had my app notify me on a firmware update on the RLC-511w camera to v3.0.0.2356_23062004Awaiting on a change log from support and will post here. This is the first update ive seen since 2021.Once again this update is also not listed on the website as an available download.Have updated and are working fine so far.
Has just started rolling out in Aust on the play store.Settings are visible on my Doorbell + RLC-811A cameras
@jemiester_436496845766907 Have you tried re-adding the missing camera UID?It may simply needs to be added again?
@reolink-lorenz This is an excellent step forward in improving customer service.
@user_vixxe-nz I would be lodging a tech support request for them to investigate.
@reolink-fiona Very curious about this progress. I have been mostly happy with the 8mp image quality of the 811a camera, but this does look much better.I am assuming clarity of finer details is also much better?
